Hotel Haikou dengan Sarapan

Conveniently located opposite a big shopping mall. Hotel is very new which uses high technology equipments like my girl's favourite entertainer 'xiao du' which is the room 'helper' will switch on/off TV, radio, curtains etc. Personally, I'm impressed with the latest blameless hair dryer which gets my hair dry fast. Most importantly, Hotel provides free use of high tech washing machine and dryer. Without it, I would have a hard type once back home with loads of dirty clothes to wash. That is why I've rebooted this hotel a couple of times during the stay, 1 whole week to be exact. Service is fast too. As the hotel is relatively still new, would be good and look forward if they include swimming pool and a gym soon. Highly recommended.

房間還比較衞生，只是剛進剛進房間的時候一股煙味。房子高層窗户望出去能看到海的一小塊，位置屬於市中區，吃東西比較方便，離萬綠園走路20分鐘，離海邊走路近40分鐘。 比較不愉快的是 我定的高級大床房明明標註了樓層是7—20層，且可以免費升房，結果辦理入住時前台小哥説我的房型衹能給我安排在7樓 要住高層必須加錢辦理他們的會員。但是我看網上很多評價都是免費升房，前台小哥狡辯説是什麼鑽石會員，但是也有很多不是鑽石會員也免費升房了啊，前台又狡辯説總有例外吧。真的很無語，看我一人帶着孩子是比較好欺負嗎？為了不影響旅行的心情，衹好還是加錢住到了18樓。 早餐也比較一般，豆漿是豆粉沖的，蒸的麪點都是預製的 很難吃。菜只有幾樣，只有現煮的麪條和粉還好吃的，然後我和我的孩子就在這裏吃了幾早上的麪條。好在打掃阿姨 讓我們如沐春風 其他的，建議酒店少些套路 多點真誠，畢竟是連鎖酒店，不要想着拜高踩低，對待顧客是不是應該一視同仁？！

Let's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome and well-cared for at all times. The location is great, with easy access to local food and supermarket. A special mention goes to their coffee; it was truly exceptional and a delightful start to each morning. Overall, a wonderful stay with top-notch service, a perfect location, and a great coffee experience. Highly recommended!

Second time staying in this hotel and enjoying. Really good price/value. Hotel is in a central area and nice to relax alone or in couple.

位置超棒，交通十分便利，周邊吃飯、購物都很方便，乾淨整潔，床也很舒服，服務管家小林態度熱情，還會耐心地給我介紹周邊的旅遊景點和美食。温德姆的大廳佈置一直都是蠻有自己風格的，門僮應該是印度小哥，很有眼色，兩手一下子就拎起我的兩個大箱子。每次出去都會幫忙開關車門。大廳有四衹可愛鸚鵡🦜早晨嘰嘰喳喳挺有園林氣息的，早餐豐富多樣，補餐及時，一定要試試粉類的，配上螺湯鮮美得很。商務大床房間還是很大的，淋浴🚿水很大，水温合適。建議浴室裏麪的化粧鏡可以安得稍微高一點點，入住有送歡迎水果，總之，下次出行還會入住。

位置很不錯。附近飯店不少。超市也有。有自己專門的停車場。房間內乾淨安靜。小度好用。熱水供應充沛。最要表揚的有兩點，一是床單被套質地很細膩貼膚，特別舒適。二是酒店早餐非常不錯，飯廳不大，品種挺多，口感好。不是那種冷冰冰的外買成品.還有現磨咖啡。點贊

前台小李辦理入住時工作人員的熱情高效，到入住期間有求必應，響應速度超快，完全沒有任何等待的煩惱，真的無可挑剔！大堂裝修得氣派又温馨，房間佈置得乾淨整潔，採光和通風都超棒，窗外的景色更是為入住體驗加分不少。房間裏的設施一應俱全，床品柔軟舒適，智能設備也很方便，衞浴用品品質都很高，住起來特別舒服。早餐的種類豐富，中西餐都有，味道也很不錯，滿足了不同人的口味需求。

真的很nice，訂房的時候提前備註兩間房都在同一個樓層實現了，亞朵的風格和服務都是有求必應，一直出行住亞朵絕不會出錯，主打一個安心，酒店位置在打卡點附近，離騎樓、萬綠園、雲洞圖書館、世紀大橋這些都很近，退房的時候前台小姐姐還給我們送上水路上喝。
