I stayed for 12 nights and found my experience to be consistently wonderful. From check in/ out, breakfast, housekeeping, to amenities and car ride service to the airport, every aspect was delivered with care and attentiveness. Any requests or enquiries were promptly addressed either in person or through the Frontdesk WeChat, which was very convenient. Daily housekeeping was thorough, frontdesk staff were friendly and attentive, and I especially appreciate the rich variety of healthy breakfast options. My room was a little small but very well furnished, with a beautiful view of the mountains and courtyard trees. Although it was rainy for most of my stay here, there was plenty to explore in the area and the location is very convenient- around 5-20 minutes car ride to most attractions and night markets.
