衞生：非常乾淨整潔。特別是洗衣服，能看出來洗衣機是經常清洗的，膠條裏面都是很乾凈沒有污漬的。 設施：比較新，地毯也很乾凈。 環境：非常好，樓道有煙味服務員會主動開窗通風。早餐品類豐富，加菜也及時。 服務：熱情及時，贈送的湯泉票洗的也很舒服，性價比很高。

Saya menginap di sini selama dua malam semasa lawatan saya ke Xinjiang, dan pengalaman keseluruhannya jauh melebihi jangkaan saya. Persekitaran hotel tenang dan elegan, bilik-bilik bersih dan kemas, dan cadar lembut dan selesa pada kulit. Selepas perjalanan yang panjang, saya dapat berehat sepenuhnya dan menghilangkan keletihan perjalanan darat. Apa yang paling mengharukan ialah perkhidmatan kaunter penerimaan tetamu. 北疆環線自駕特意把落腳點定在奎屯這家星程，整體體驗遠超預期。酒店開業時間短設施嶄新，房間空間寬敞採光好，全屋打掃細緻到位沒有潮氣異味。床墊枕頭舒適度拉滿，隔音在線，奔波多日終於睡了個整覺。衞浴熱水穩定充足，迷你吧飲品免費，投屏電視休閑很方便。自帶免費車位，自駕停車毫無壓力；自助洗衣帶烘乾，完美解決長途衣物清洗問題。早餐中西搭配齊全，招牌現煮麪食口感絕佳，一直供應到11點不用早起趕餐。前台工作人員熱情貼心，入住退房效率高，性價比在同檔次酒店裡遙遙領先。

It's what you would expect from a 全季 hotel. It's adequate. One thing that was lacking was they did not have a fridge in the room. It's a bit of a walk from the local night market stalls, but there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The washer and dryers were very busy at night but very free in the early morning when I finally used them. The breakfast was unremarkable.

Hotel was located on a quiet street. Room was large, with separate living and bedrooms. Toilet included a bathtub. Bed and pillows were comfortable and air conditioning could be easily adjusted. Wi-Fi was speedy. Nonetheless, room had some sign of disrepair - mould and peeling paint on the toilet ceiling. Breakfast had a good spread and was delicious. Especially liked the mango mochi but the other items, such as the broccoli was good also. A pleasant stay overall.

A massive shoutout to the female receptionist who was super friendly and incredibly helpful—she made our stay! Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was mixed. Room cleanliness needs improvement, and there is only one lift servicing the building. The laundry room is small and needs better setup, like providing baskets/bags so finished laundry can be removed instead of waiting for guests to come back. Breakfast was also just so-so. Come for the service, but be aware of the facility limits.

Overall good value for money in terms of location and service. Breakfast was good, especially for freshly brewed expresso. However, personal experience was not good: the shower head has a sharp edge and I had 2 scratches from it, fortunately after applying antiseptic no infection occurred. The staff was kind enough to offer room change and promised to make repairs.

前台小姐姐服務特別熱情，地理位置優越，交通便利，很好找。這次入住體驗感很棒，房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，衞生間做了乾濕分離，配套設施齊全，住起來很舒適。樓下“奎城味道”飯店，口味超讚。旁邊還有大型超市，購物很便利，對於喜歡逛超市的我來説太合適了。整體很滿意，下次出行還會選擇這家！

The reception was on second floor. It was a building shared by 2 other hotels. The receptionists were very helpful. The room was nice and clean. Hot water with good pressure. Aircon was good. We stayed for 2 nights, they didn't make up the room on second day. We asked for fresh towels when we came back at night, they changed it immediately. Free washer.
