Hotel Luzhou dengan Sarapan

Kali ini saya mempunyai pengalaman yang baik menginap di Hotel Lavande! Biliknya luas dan terang, bersih dan kemas, katilnya empuk dan selesa, bilik air diasingkan ke kawasan basah dan kering, bilik juga dilengkapi dengan peti sejuk, terdapat papan tanda di atas meja, dan terdapat perkhidmatan dobi percuma, yang bagus. Restoran ini mempunyai pelbagai jenis sarapan pagi, dan anda juga boleh memasak mi, yang rasanya sedap. Kakitangan hotel semuanya tersenyum, kaunter penerimaan tetamu segera mendaftar masuk, dan akan menyediakan teh bunga dan tuala panas. Sikap perkhidmatan sangat baik, dan bilik bertindak balas terhadap keperluan dengan cepat, yang rasanya hebat Pengangkutan sangat mudah, dan terdapat pusat membeli-belah di sebelahnya. Terdapat pilihan makanan dan membeli-belah yang mewah, yang sangat sesuai untuk perjalanan atau perjalanan perniagaan Sama ada penginapan atau perkhidmatan, rasanya sangat bagus. Saya akan tinggal di sini lain kali saya datang ke Luzhou

I enjoyed very much my stay at Luhu Hotel. The hotel is situated in a pleasant residential neighborhood, close to a large park. My room was simply but tastefully furnished and looked out over the hotel's attractive grounds with a large pond and many trees and shrubs that create an intimate feel; there are a number of birds, and one day I saw a kingfisher. Breakfast offered a plentiful range of options. The staff were very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Its quite far from the town. We booked normal room but got upgraded for free, what a courtesy. Really enjoyed my stay here and my baby enjoyed showering in the bath tub a lot. There was a “xiaodu” smart device but it speaks only chinese. Its okay. Overall, good stay!

酒店的服務真的很好，辦理入住開始就有好喝的自製小飲品，小姐姐和小哥哥都很熱情，客房阿姨也會主動問候，真的超級熱情！酒店整體環境簡約高級，公共區域整潔大氣。洗漱、休閑設施完備好用，房間無異味，邊角清理徹底，乾淨程度讓人十分安心。早餐也是超級好吃哦！值得推薦

因為到的晚，外地來，位置不好找，接待妹兒不怎麼耐煩，找不到。問她，可能打擾到她休息了。這麼大個酒店，安保不明白怎麼落實的，大門口停滿了車子，電頻車。車子剛剛好能過。通道狹窄，每一個人出來看。早上退房忘了輸車牌，打電話過去，前台那個妹兒那個語氣哦，不得了，又一枚皇親國戚？態度差差差。整體衞生還行，就是位置，不好定位，對外地人不怎麼友好。。。早餐麪條裏面可以吃出頭髮。第一次遇到，噁心到了住。

Pros: Close to the supermarket plaza and many street food outlets. Staff tried their best to serve you. Cons: Despite its name, railway station isn't that close. You need to take a taxi (or walk 30 minutes). Check-in process for foreigners will be very tiring (we had to wait 40 minutes in hotel lobby with extremely tired two kids, being questioned by staff about many things. We were asked 'why did you visit here', I thought this is a very ride question. Hotel should welcome guests instead of interrogating them especially when they're super tired after a long day. I'm not blaming the staff as they seem to be doing what they were told to do (protocol I suppose). But we didn't face such interrogating in any of the other hotels in China so I'm not sure why. Another inconvenience, the laundry facility doesn't have a dryer.. We ended up with a load of wet clothes after using the washing machine.. So be aware.

I had a memorable stay at this hotel which is fairly new. The staff were nice and pleasant. A special thanks to the lady staff who had helped me to courier some stuff to Hangzhou. She was extremely patient and polite when explaining the courier charges involved. Once again, please convey my thanks to her- a great asset to your hotel. Congratulations!

前台妹妹服務熱情，房間乾淨整潔，有獨立的酒店專用地下室停車場，有早餐，下次又來入住。

The hotel is fairly fine, very spacious, it has vintage vibes. It’s old but comfortable. The bed was very hard, and it was very noisy, there’s a grandma that was always shouting and screaming at whomever, the cars as well can be disturbing but only if you are a sensitive sleeper like me. I enjoyed the Chinese breakfast, I hope they can add juice because not everyone drinks milk, since is the only option. There’s no iron so it’s best you come with yours, because some of my clothes needed to be ironed. The hotel is affordable, I stayed for 3 nights.

在辦理入住的時候問前台姐姐可不可以幫我寫下一句祝福，為此我也會寫個好評。於是就看見姐姐靦腆地接過我的本子，眼神裏充滿着喜悦與熱情，為我寫下了真誠的祝福。不知道我這樣小小的舉動有沒有讓她感覺到幸福，我很感謝她給我的祝福。在瀘州這幾天我也玩的很開心！
