Hotel Turpan dengan Sarapan

一個人自駕來到葡萄溝，選擇觀瀾山葡溪度過幾日安靜時光，完全超出預期！民宿藏在山野與葡萄林間，環境清幽治癒，遠離城市喧囂。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒服，設施齊全。老闆和工作人員都特別友善貼心，獨自出行本還有些許顧慮，在這裏卻格外安心。閑暇時在院子裏吹吹風、看看山野溪流，整個人都放鬆下來。很適合一個人放空散心，下次來吐魯番一定再來入住，強烈推薦給獨自旅行的朋友！

很少點評，但是覺得把自己好的體驗分享出去，可以讓更多人受益，何樂不為。 這次新疆之行十幾天住了不少酒店，孩子們最喜歡最難忘，大人覺得體驗最好的就是這家一方庭了。 飛機着陸酒店老闆就在機場外面接，幫我們提行李。進了院子，滿眼葡萄的青綠，房間寬敞整潔衞生，每個房間門口都有一個屬於自己的小户外座椅，一家人圍坐聊天非常愜意。老闆家西瓜葡萄水果管夠，乾果管夠，花茶管夠，孩子們採摘葡萄管夠。 尤其要説的是葡萄架下的就餐區，我們遇見了很多天南地北的朋友，大家相互分享新疆旅途經驗，十分開心。跟着一個香港來的家庭，我們傍晚還去了沙療。 老闆一家都熱情周到，老闆娘煮的重慶小麪非常好吃。還幫我們聯繫租車。對了，還有一衹淘氣的小黑狗，會悄悄叼走我的拖鞋。哈哈哈。因為這家民宿，給我們帶來了更豐富的旅行體驗。太滿意了。

After we encountered a bad experience with a desert glamping resort in Dunhuang, we were a bit cautious with Dune when we booked it. However, after I communicated with the manager in Dune via WeChat, I was more confident as he was very polite and helpful. He helped us to booked a transfer from Turpan Airport to Dune resort. As our flight arrived Turpan in the evening, it was late when we arrived at Dune. The manager and another staff came to the entrance of the driveway to welcome us and helped us with our luggage. They took us straight to our tent, and they upgraded us to a bigger tent, too. We woke up to this beautiful Kumtag Desert Sand dunes, right in front of our tent! It was so beautiful. As the off peak season started, we were the only guests there but the staff were serving us with delicious breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious and plentiful! The manager and staff were very attentive to our requests. One of the staff has helped us to arrange a local guide/driver to take us to the Kumtag desert for an exciting ATV ride and sand sliding. We had a great time. We ended up hiring the same guide, a pleasant and calm Uygur young guy to take us for some sightseeing and dropped us back to Turpan. I would say to anyone who is looking for a real desert glamping, please come to Dune in Shahshan near Turpan instead of Dunhuang.

Shanshan is a small town and if you do come here, it would be to visit the Kumtaq desert. The desert is 15-20 minutes from the hotel, so is the Shanshanbei railway station. I recommend this hotel because of the service of the front desk staff, Ms Xiaoba who goes above and beyond to help. She was responsive on wechat and organised a car to pick us up, she willingly booked a taxi for as we couldn’t find the address to the night market on our DIDI app., she provided extra water and answered any questions with a smile. This is a new hotel so looks clean and fresh with a smart toilet. They even have tents/ tepees so if you have a kid, this is a welcome. I saw a room with spiderman and Barbie princess theme too. The breakfast has many Chinese options and they are well cooked and delicious. They do have a coffee machine. I’d stay here again if I were to revisit. Kumtaq Desert is worth a visit and the second golf cart/sightseeing mini bus drives you right to the end and brings you back to the second station. The other deserts we visited didn’t have this. Small town, big heart, great service, amazing people! VA

Our excitement started, from the moment, we met the staff at turpan train station, very gentle, n warm.. Then arriving at the lobby, full of warmth north Wellington smiles, of staff, then the welcome water melon n the melon, helped us release the tensions of train ride,.. Then the comfortable, lodges, ( 2 lodges A frame , very comforting, the breeze n singing birds n 2 big pots of herbal tea with fragrant flowers, n rose,..lots of dried fruits, resin, figs n more,, later on, in evening the refreshing, melon n watermelon, , later in evening free coffee n chocolate cakes,,.. Breakfast, simple n enough for a day of activity, all the items for dinner raglan, n fried vegetables, n kebabs, , one of the best as long as I remember in recent years.. Thanks to the English speaking staff for organizing our trip route n selecting transportation.. Staff thanks for helping me find the best barber for my haircut,, which busy schedules , back home in Japan Warmth n professionalism of staff are much more than our payment .. We had to extend our stay twice,..we already missing the place.. Thank you thank you

The hotel is in the middle of a small village close to the grape valley. It is beautifully decorated and they have a nice garden where you can relax. They offered breakfast and propose several different tours to see the main attractions. You can also hire ebikes, here.

The free pickup and drop off at train station went smoothly in their luxury hotel car.  We are grateful for that.  Breakfast was okay and sufficient.  The location is good.  Just a 10min walk will get you to a ***** of shops and restaurants.  Front desk staff was very helpful.  We love the laundry room which they fashioned   from a s

The location was gd. Eateries nearby. Room was clean. The only thing that could be improved was to power up the aircon before guest check in. Turpan's temperature was a high 42degC on those 2 days we were there. It was warm when we check in. And the airon took the whole night to cool down to a comfortable cooling temp.

Really liked the place. They have a museum section and a walking area where they show the work of the Karez. That’s interesting. Great value for money since its included in the room price. The room itself could be more clean. The cleaning was only superficial and you can see prints on the floor and on the tables. The bedsheets were fresh and that is the most important part. The room are also very big.

This 4 star hotel has a goid rating on Trip.com and I can understand why. However, I liken this hotel to a 20 year old luxury car such as an E36 7 series BMW or Lexus LS 430. Exceptional and glorious when new, but getting old and tired fast. On a superficial level the rooms look grand and sumptuous, but on greater scrutiny there are issues. One if these are the carpets, which are either in dire need of steam cleaning on a forensic level of thoroughness, or outright replacement. Some sections are worn and faded, while many odd bits and pieces can be found (and felt with bare feet), that seem to have escaped the attention of the room staff, e.g toothpicks, other miscellaneous refuse deposited by previous guests. I booked a continental double room, for $68 AUD per night and there was a misalignment of the door with its frame. Large enough to see through to the outside! The room contained a sofa Comfortable enough but with fabric badly worn away. The white veneer paint on tables has seen better days. Having said all this, overall, the hotel offers rooms of a relatively high standard. Ornate furnishings, large, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, a huge bathroom with sufficient water pressure and responsive hot water on demand (bathroom has a smart lighting arrangement which switches on via a sensor). There are a dozen individual controls for room lighting. Lots of cupboards and drawers and powerpoints where needed. There is a gym but for some undisclosed reason is currently closed, of February 2024. Is a buffet style restaurant with several guests dining in it which looked very well staffed. Reception will go out of their way to give assistance with arranging tours, ordering taxis etc, and try to ensure guests are satisfied. In summary, the hotel looks good and to some extent is good, but may not be worth paying $50 US a night to stay in and was a little disappointing.
