這次入住體驗超出預期，酒店WiFi網速特別快，辦公刷視頻完全不卡頓，沒有一點延遲。床鋪柔軟蓬鬆，床品親膚透氣，躺上去瞬間放鬆，一夜睡得特別安穩，整體舒適度拉滿，房間很乾凈，床品柔軟，睡得挺踏實😴。前台服務熱情周到，早餐品種豐富乾淨衞生🚗。整體體驗非常棒，一直都是選擇希爾頓歡朋酒店～～

🌟 10/10 – Truly a Home Away from Home! 🌟 I absolutely loved my stay at H Hotel! From the warm welcome at check-in to the kind and helpful staff, everything was just perfect. Special shout-out to TongTong at the reception...she’s the best of the best! Always so kind, patient, and ready to help with anything I needed. The cleaning staff were amazing too... very humble, friendly, and hardworking. My room was always spotless, towels and toiletries changed regularly, and bins emptied all the time. I also loved the free laundry service... they washed my clothes twice during my stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everyone here is so welcoming, especially to foreigners, and they truly make you feel at home. If I had more time, I would stay here forever! I’ll definitely be coming back. The location is wonderful because is very close to the high speed train station which is very convenient to travel across provinces. I enjoyed my week here, besides just few mins by walk there are shopping malls for eating, shopping and hangout 😍

We went there for our business meeting and did like the hotel. Nice big room with great city view. Only disadvantage there is no English translation at the room so you don’t know what is included in the price.

As a foreigner I could say that even though they don’t speak English they will try their best to understand you by using translator and you can even get their WeChat and message them their online 24/7..staff are super helpful the service is 10/10 , they clean everyday so cleanliness is up to standard..view is 10/10, location of the hotel makes it a super convenient spot, close to east railway station and pangdonglai 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

When we arrived, reception said our bedroom was upgraded. Very comfortable and bedroom size was spacious. The next day in the evening, we had another surprised. They extend 2 free breakfast and make our stay a memorable one. We were also allowed to extend 1-2hrs more. They were indeed kind and had tried their best to serve their guest well. Tqvm Hongbao Hotel and their staff. Hope to see you again one day

Overall was okay for a 4 star hotel . Floors could be cleaner . No toothbrush and toothpaste and breakfast was subpar . The front desk was really nice and professional. Would stay again ….but maybe skip breakfast

總體感覺不錯，特價房比較實惠，房間內部設備有點老，電視頻道經過調整，能看好多台了，比原來進步很大。早餐尚可，餐廳前台服務員感覺有些冷漠，冷冰冰的，好像我們就餐去討飯。煎蛋的大姐和帥哥非常好！知道我愛吃糖心蛋，每次都主動給我現做，非常感謝！前台的李志培等幾個美女還是那麼熱情。推薦入住
