前台工作人員很熱情禮貌，感受很好，房間也挺乾淨的，衞生做得不錯。有一個不滿意的點是：電梯明明有刷卡摁樓層的設備，為什麼不需要刷卡就可以隨便去客房區域？這樣子的後果是客房區域隨意進出，吵吵鬧鬧，凌晨快一點了，還能聽到同樓層不知道哪邊的人在走廊大聲説話。 總體的話，還是滿意的。
