Very beautiful place and friendly staff. Appreciate for all the preparation and timely response! Convenient to see the castle / easy way to get the ticket too. Would recommend it!

Everything was perfect – 10/10 stars! The guesthouse has a beautiful design and decoration. The location is great, just near Füssen Old Town. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. We asked for a kettle, and she kindly provided us with cups and tea bags. Even when we accidentally broke a cup, she handled it very kindly. We are truly sorry and very thankful for the hospitality. They also provide bathrobes and towels for the free sauna, which was a nice touch. Our room was very spacious, with a small living room and bedroom. The highlight was the long balcony with a peaceful view. The bathroom was small but had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I loved waking up to the morning sun in the room. There is also air conditioner & heater in the room & bathroom which is very good to control room temperature. Water heater& water pressure in bathroom was good too. We really wished we could stay longer! Breakfast was a nice European selection with good variety. On-site parking is €5, which is reasonable, but it would be even better if it was free for guests. Thank you for everything – it felt so warm and welcoming to stay here. We would love to come back again!

I would recommend this hotel. The hotel very peaceful, I like it. At first floor also have a restaurant. But here have no elevator so please careful to request high floor if you have a big luggage 😅 The staff so kind and nice to give you advice and always take care. This hotel have a good area not faraway from train and bus station. You can get the free tickets to use public transport in the city and leave your luggage to explore the city before check-in time.

酒店房間設計像小屋，很温暖的感覺。酒店走廊像個迷宮，每個角落都有畫像或者擺設，非常特別。床褥特別舒服，配上氣溫適中的暖氣，過咗暖笠笠的一晚。最重要係第二朝嘅早餐，非常豐富，環境係歐洲式的浪漫，有個天使仔喺正張枱隔籬，which was really a romantic way to kick start silent night!

Beautiful little hotel with a tasteful interior design. The breakfast was incredibly diverse and offered options for every diet including gluten free, dairy free and vegan options. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious The bakery included in the hotel offered a vast selection of different cakes and other baked goods, which all looked very appealing. We loved the little house-made chocolates we got as a farewell gift.

Great spot. Clean with friendly staff. A bit pricey. No kettle or coffee in room and no fridge either. Not ideal for if you want an early morning coffee. Great breakfast

The hotel is located right next to the main train station, just 100 m distance away. There is also a large convenience store just below the hotel, which open till 8:00pm. The old town and St Mang museum is within walking distance. The hotel (as with all other hotels in Fussen) provide a transportation card which cover free bus transfer from the bus terminal (outside the train station) to the Castles' ticket center, which is just 10-15 minutes from Fussen. The bus schedule is available from the reception upon request. Taxi is also quite cheap and a good option if between 2 - 3 persons. Taxi stand is near train station as well. The room are of average size though the toilet is quite small. Breakfast is also average but adequate. May be quite crowded. Take note that you need to hang the ”Clean Room” sign on the door daily, if not the room may not get tidy up. Will be a good option for travelers staying just for 1 or 2 nights with plan to visit the castle due to the close proximity to the train station and bus terminal.

Alpchalet Schwanstein 位於哈爾夫雷赫小鎮，是小木屋的家庭旅館，離新天鵝堡十分鐘車程，周邊景色宜人，老闆娘竟是無錫人，沒想到在這德國偏遠地區遇上老鄉（無錫也算老鄉了），攀談愉快！溝通放便，酒店是自助入住，到達時找到寫有自己名字的信封，裏面有鑰匙和乘車優惠券等，前台有個表格填寫下用早餐的時間，很方便，酒店隔壁就有家餐廳，牛排不錯，裝飾也很有格調，酒店房間很大，非常乾淨整潔，房間裏有個小咖啡機，我們住一樓，後面有個滿是草皮的院子，坐着喝喝咖啡曬曬太陽，非常舒適，關鍵老闆是對中國夫婦，溝通方便，感覺親切，一切都很棒，感謝老闆娘的熱情款待！

we are business travellers and during Sunday in Europe, so we choose to visit the Neuschwanstien and this hotel is just few kilometers nearby. The room is easy to check-in, clean and quiet. There's many restaurants around so there's no problems for eating

It’s basic and functional facilities! Great that the heater is working properly in the room. Happy for arriving on a cold night. Danke! And also the hot water for drinking.
