Vicci Consulado de Bilbao has a fantastic location—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It’s perfect for exploring Bilbao on foot.
The room itself was stylish and clean, though quite compact. If you’re traveling light, it’s fine, but space is definitely tight. One funny (and slightly painful) moment: I actually fell off the bed! It’s positioned close to the wall and a bit narrow, so maybe not ideal if you toss and turn at night.
Despite that, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel was modern and welcoming. I’d recommend it for solo travelers or couples who don’t mind a snug space and want to be in the middle of the action.

Walking distance to metro station to access Bilbao estacion de autobuses, shopping galore!

• Hotel recente, com instalações modernas e bem conservadas.
• Quartos confortáveis, silenciosos e funcionalmente bem equipados, com boa climatização e camas confortáveis.
• Atendimento profissional e cordial por parte da equipa.
• Boa relação qualidade/preço para a categoria, sobretudo tendo em conta o padrão geral do hotel.
Pontos a melhorar
• O pequeno-almoço poderia ser mais completo e equilibrado, com maior variedade de opções saudáveis (fruta fresca, produtos integrais, alternativas sem açúcar/lactose).
• A limpeza dos quartos, embora aceitável, deveria ser mais rigorosa nos micro-detalhes, compatível com o nível esperado num hotel de 4 estrelas.
• Ausência de espaços de convívio, como bar, lounge, sala de jogos ou áreas comuns que convidem à permanência fora do quarto.
• O estacionamento do hotel é funcional, mas o preço é elevado. Além disso, não existe estacionamento gratuito ou acessível nas imediações, o que condiciona quem viaja de carro.
Conclusão
Um bom hotel de 4 estrelas, moderno, confortável e bem localizado, com margem para melhorar alguns serviços complementares e detalhes operacionais. Recomendável para quem procura qualidade, tranquilidade e boas condições gerais de estadia em Bilbao

PPengguna TetamuWhat an amazing hotel, the staff were most friendly and helpful. Its proximity to the old town makes this a must stay location. The breakfast was spectacular and the rooftop pool and bar were fabulous. Overall an excellent location and will be a repeat stay for me in the future.

The window in the room was blocked since the handle was removed, so we could not open the window for fresh air or emergency
The airconditioning was very poor. Even when leaving it on, it took hours before the temperature came down from 26 degrees to 23 degrees. This is too high for sleeping.

PPengguna TetamuStayed a couple of nights in NYX Hotel Bilbao. The location of the hotel is ideal, with most attractions within easy walking distance. Close to the old part of Bilbao which has plenty of restaurants and bars. Also close to shops and a nice riverside walk to the Guggemheim museum. Can’t rate food as did not use hotel amenities. Overall the hotel had a modern stylish feel to it. Check in and out was speedy and staff were courteous.Rooms are quite small and the glass walled bathroom may not suit everyone’s taste. All in all, we were happy to stay at this hotel for it’s location and overall stylishness.

HHosanChoose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city.
What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage.
The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers.
We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom.
The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

ZZibaiheS酒店位置很好，就在火車站邊上，還車以後走回酒店才五分鐘，街對面就是英國宮百貨，樓上超市應有盡有。
其實畢爾巴鄂市中心很小，哪都二十分鐘左右腳程，哪怕是到古根海姆美術館。
房間本身無功無過，我們住低樓層，沿街，但隔音很好，就是被行道樹擋的完全沒有view
房間有沙發，有浴缸，衞生間有獨立暖氣架，所以即便空調打不熱，開暖氣還是很舒服的。床仍然如歐洲大多數一樣，太軟，沒辦法。我們的房間不含早，又趕上週日，他們酒店的米其林餐廳無法體驗了。
