Hotel Beaune dengan Sarapan

Great little hotel. Small and quaint. Great service by the owner. Only flaw is that you can hear and feel the floors creaking as other guests go up to their rooms. Sound insulation is non existent and you can hear everything. In addition the place always sells like bacon or pork due to the breakfast preparation. YMMV.

Vaste stop plek onderweg naar het zuiden. Kom hier zo’n 4x per jaar.Ongecompliceerd en huiselijk. Je moet geen hekel aan kinderen hebben want die willen nog wel eens lawaaierig zijn

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Note however that not all rooms are in the château, our rooms were in the garden in a kind of bungalow. This was not disclosed during the booking. The room was very spacious, but not a château experience.

Hotel yang indah di pusat Beaune, di biara abad ke-12 berhampiran Hostel de Beaune. Kami mempunyai bilik yang comel dan bergaya, dihiasi dengan menarik. Perkhidmatannya sangat baik, dengan banyak perhatian peribadi. Restoran di bawah peti besi lama sangat indah, tetapi dengan cepat ”siap”. Keadaan juga mesti membolehkan menaiki tangga kuno dan agak curam. Tetapi keseluruhannya adalah pengalaman.

The hotel is about 10mins walk from the main station with our luggages. It’s just outside of the main town area but it is walkable everywhere in Beaune. There was a nice bakery and crêperie nearby. The room is a little cramped but was clean and toilet is huge. The soap provided smelt nice too. There is no lift but we were lucky to be on the first floor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They greeted us whenever we walked past and helped us store the luggages. It was a good stay!

Prima plek. Wel is het tijd om alle dingen in de badkamer vast te draaien. Van douchestang tot toiletrolhouder, alles kan een slagje vaster. Verder prima kamer, lekker bed. Bij het ontbijt hadden de appels hun beste tijd al even gehad, rest was prima verzorgd.

Very charming and professional welcome at Tonneliers. We arrived and had to head straight out to lunch before check in. The front desk team were chatty and very accommodating and ordered us a taxi. I would absolutely stay again here in Beaune.

Très charmant, propre, calme, architecture très agréable. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas gênant pour le télétravail mais pas de solution donnée. Dommage car nous étions vraiment satisfaits (et pas exigeants) mais le petit en réception n'était pas au RDV. Je recommande toutefois l'hôtel qui a un petit 'plus' au niveau de sa configuration.

À notre arrivée, lors du check-in sur la borne automatique, le système nous a réclamé un supplément de 6 € injustifié. Le calcul était pourtant simple : 34 € (chambre déjà réglée) + 6 € (animal) + 2 € (taxe de séjour), soit un total de 42 €. Or, la machine affichait 48 €. J’ai contacté l’assistance en ligne pour signaler cette erreur de calcul système. Malheureusement, l’interlocuteur n'a fait aucun effort pour résoudre la situation. Malgré mes explications, il s'est contenté de maintenir que le total était de 48 €, puis a avancé un tarif de 49 €, ignorant totalement les conditions de ma réservation effectuée à l'avance. Son refus de vérifier les chiffres était inadmissible. Heureusement, à l'arrivée de la réceptionniste physique, la situation a été débloquée. Elle a consulté l'historique de la facturation, a immédiatement identifié l'erreur et l'a rectifiée. Elle a fait preuve d'un professionnalisme exemplaire, contrairement à son collègue de l'assistance. Travaillant moi-même dans un groupe hôtelier français, je sais que l'historique d'une réservation sur le PMS permet de tout vérifier. Il est regrettable qu'un agent du service client soit moins efficace qu'un réceptionniste sur place et fasse preuve d'une telle mauvaise volonté. Si l'hôtel en lui-même est satisfaisant, cette expérience avec l'assistance en ligne ternit l'image de l'enseigne. Je réfléchirai à deux fois avant de réserver à nouveau chez B&B.

My first visit to Beaune , took off from Paris arrived in Beaune smoothly. As I looked out the station , I spot the hotel right in front! Extremely hassle free ! Most local visitors drove cars around, I plan to get bike rentals if in need . Turns out it was not a far walk to Beaune centre. I had a huge 29 inch luggage with me because I flew in Paris for biz trip. There’s no elevator but the stairs are wide enough to walk up . The room is spacious and seem renovated to a modern look not long ago. Bed is super nice with 4 pillows ❤️ It was hard to get out off bed 🤭 too comfy Bathroom is bright and super clean. I like my room facing the station, as trains go by there is a slightly shake , I don’t mind at all. Breakfast is cozy with great quality cheese and charcuterie. Front desk is hearty and friendly ! I extend another two nights right after my first night, because I love this place so much.
