"The room was beautifully decorated and had a lovely view overlooking the street—it really added to the charm of the stay. There’s a parking lot right next to the property, which made things super convenient. The surrounding area is a picturesque little town, perfect for a relaxing walk and sightseeing. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and scenic getaway!"

Our second time at The Mercure Mt St Michel.
The positive point is that it is warm!!!! lol, given the cold outside, it was wonderful to enter a warm building and a warm bedroom (some hotel bedrooms are so cold when we reach) . Service af reception was good, helpful, nothing fancy… not helping with suitcases.. but that is ok lah. If the structure of the hotel allows it, we would really recommend to have an elevator, for those of us travelling from far with huge suitcases… please think of it. Last…. The outside toilet is not cleaned often enough to my opinion… as the corridor, which was full of soil and leaves….
The bedroom was very warm, spacious, nice, except the mini winnie tiny toilet. Like…. Why building this separate toilet like that, where we can’t move?… that was weird. But all the rest was great, no stress.
Breakfast buffet was nice and the location is also very nice, very light.

The location is the best. It's the first hotel before the bridge to Mont Saint-Michel and the shuttle bus service that takes you there is just outside the hotel.
This room on the first floor had a view of barrage, it's clean and functional, but looks really tired and dated. The room is really warm with the flat roof structure outside the windows trapping all the heat.
We had 2 furbabies and it was great the hotel is pet friendly. Dinner with the halfboard option was pretty good but our preferred choice was not available due to a large tour group having dined before us.
Breakfast had a good spread, with a splendid view of Mont Saint-Michel. It's really pricey for what it is.

Thank you so much for our stay at this hotel — everything was absolutely wonderful.
We arrived about two hours before check-in, and we were kindly allowed to check in early. We were also able to leave our luggage, so we didn’t have to walk around with our bags, which was really convenient.
The room was very cozy and comfortable, with a bathroom and a window overlooking Mont Saint-Michel — the view was just amazing.
There is a shuttle stop only 2 minutes away, but honestly, you can easily walk there in about 20–30 minutes. Many people prefer walking because you can fully enjoy the beautiful views along the way.
Our stay was absolutely fantastic — truly unforgettable. Thank you so much!

Hotel très bien situer , les navettes pour le mont saint-michel sont en face de l hotel en 5 minute vous y êtes, personnel très gentil répond à toute vos questions , la chambre etait propre avec tout le nécessaires sauf frigo, nous avons garer la voiture sur le parking de l' hôtel nous avons payer 10 euro pour 24h avec la réservation de la chambre, plein de restaurant et magasin à côté de l'hôtel

DrignoidThis place is in a really good location and easy to find. Travel light though as there are no lifts and narrow staircases to carry your luggage. As most old places in Europe there is no air conditioning, so be prepared. You needed to step over the bath to shower so take that into consideration too. Our room was clean and had a small refrigerator, bonus in Europe. The restaurant has a good menu and drink selection. English is spoken, if required. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

YooyooooWe had a wonderful stay at this property! The room was incredibly comfortable and pleasantly cool, which was a huge relief given how hot the weather was in France. It was also very spacious, and having a fully equipped kitchen allowed the two of us to cook our own meals easily.
The location is excellent—there is free parking on-site, and it’s only take 15-minute drive to Mont Saint-Michel. It’s also very convenient for day trips, taking just over an hour to drive to Cancale and St. Malo, and there’s a convenience store only a 10-minute drive away.
On top of that, the beautiful swimming pool and peaceful surroundings made our stay even better. The self-check-in process was seamless and hassle-free, which we highly appreciated since we arrived quite late that day. Highly recommended!

I stayed one night at the Hotel Gabriel. The staff were kind, helpful, and very polite. I had a 5:00 PM check-in (I've never checked in at this time before), but luckily they vacated my room at 3:30 PM. Having paid €155 for one night, I expected breakfast to be included, but no, I had to pay €12.00. This is the first time I've paid for breakfast. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly.

Not much to say … only good stuff!
Nice welcome at reception when we checked in earlier than planned. We got touristic advice to go around and they kept our big suitcases. We unfortunately didn’t get parking as they were full.. all reserved (NB: trip.com never discussed that we had to book the parking, this is something Accor and Trip.com should discuss about as this is now our 2nd encounter of this problem…. Coming from Malaysia and renting a car, this is not helping… we had no idea we had to reserve parking)
The bedroom was very nice, pretty balcony but small bathroom… especially given the placement of the toilet…. lol. But never mind. Nice deck of the bedroom and the hotel too… themed on Christian Dior and fashion, we liked that ☺️
Last the breakfast and its location: beautiful. The view of the sea is really good, the furniture is nicely chosen, and the food is good. First time I see a « make your sunny side up eggs yourself » set in a hotel, which was cool.

Next to the nearby free shuttle to Mont saint Michel which was very helpful and easy to commute too. The only problem is that to check in you have to go to another hotel which can be a bit of a hassle if you arrive early as well as once you check in at the other hotel which is one stop on the shuttle bus you can only leave your bags at the hotel instead of le saint aubert. Overall an okay experience and the lady working the breakfast buffet was nice enough to warm up my food 😊. (The picture is an image of one of the bus stops for the free bus shuttle)
