"The Caboose staff were incredibly friendly and made our stay enjoyable. However, the experience could be improved with a few more amenities, and the bed could have been a bit larger. We enjoyed our breakfast and they gave us free cookies in the evening."

YYee11I had the pleasure of staying at Salisbury - The Riverside, WorldHotels Distinctive, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel’s riverside location may not be super near market square but the hotel offers shuttle service in the evening, and it’s conveniently close to the city center and key attractions.
The hotel also provided me a free upgrade due to availability. The superior King room was spacious and exceptionally clean with a river view and catherdral view at level 3. The comfortable bed with some decorations and I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the thoughtful layout and a gift card with complimentary refreshments (one drink each at their pub)
The staff deserves special mention for their warm hospitality and professionalism. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable, offering helpful local recommendations and accommodating all requests with a smile.
The hotel is a perfect choice for anyone seeking a blend of comfort, convenience, and charm.

LLuFelt super scary at first with the cracking floor, tilted walls, big mirror, and 512 years history, but later the place showed its charm - very lively at night with people chilling at the backyard, nice restaurant on site, being right opposite to the Anne? Gate which leads you to the Salisbury Cathedral. I prob would choose to stay here again next time I visit Salisbury!
Btw the staff are warm hearted and helped us deal with our Apple Watch forgot in the room. Much appreciated!

GGlennPleasantly surprised by this hotel. I was top floor which made all the difference to how settled I felt (it’s my preference). Room was quiet, comfy, and had plenty of space just for me. Would stay again. Only niggle is I wished breakfast started an hour earlier ok the weekend… 7am would’ve been ideal.

EEujene LiyuWe were there for one night. Service was okay, breakfast was good, although other guests were acting as if they were deprived of any food for days and the poor staffs were struggling to replenish the trays. Other than that, all good.

AAlVery convenient location but the restaurant next to the hotel is certainly not up to the standard expected. Fortunately the hotel is near to the Centre of Salisbury and you can easily find a good restaurant for dinner there
