Hotel Bogor dengan Sarapan

We had a great stay in Ibis Pajajaran, personalised service, great breakfast and dinner, perfect Reception service and everybody was really kind. They gave us a top floor room with beautiful views. Perfect location for visiting the famous botanical gardens. We went back three times just to enjoy the tranquility and beautiful old trees. Thank you for the good time!

Fave is a solid choice for budget travelers. The hotel in Padjajaran, Bandung is clean, and the staff are super friendly. Breakfast has a good variety of Indonesian dishes, with a few Western options. The location is great—Botani Mall is just around the corner. A couple of things to note: there’s no fridge in the room, and the shower area isn’t separated from the toilet, so it can get wet. It’s manageable, but if that bothers you, consider paying a bit more for a different setup.

Second time staying at this hotel, and I still really enjoy it. It remains one of my favorite places in Bogor city. I checked in quite late and was first given a room at the back of the hotel, far from the lift, and it was not very comfortable. I called the receptionist and asked if it was possible to change to a room closer to the lift, and thankfully they helped me right away. Thank you for the great service. This hotel is also really close to Botani Mall, only a 1-minute walk away, which makes it very convenient. The swimming is amazing small but beautiful views even u can see the mountains of Salak. The breakfast was great as always, although unfortunately I missed the traditional herbal drink, Jamu. Overall, we will definitely come back again and hopefully next time we can enjoy the Jamu too.

Cozy buat yang pingin santai setelah rutinitas, apalagi warga di luar Bogor. Worth it lah, lokasinya, kamarnya, suasananya. Kebetulan pilih kamar yg suasananya tenang.. Tipe Mezzanine Suite... Beneran full istirahat... Next ya balik kesini lagi. Ma'aacih Azana Essence Sanggarbuana yang udah jadi salah satu best hotel nyaman. Recomended 😍🥰

On the app, I already requested a higher-floor room and one that’s relatively quiet, but the front desk still gave me the 11th floor (even though the available options were from the 9th to the 20th floor). At first, I thought the 11th floor might be fine, but later at night I realized the pool was right below my room — you can imagine how noisy it was. When I took a shower at night, I found that the conditioner bottle was completely empty. And around midnight, while I was sleeping, there were people talking loudly at the pool area, and the soundproofing was really poor. And the gym was basically entirely under maintenance. Overall, the experience wasn’t great, although the staff were very friendly.

I'm not sure how this hotel is considered a 4 start hotel. Although the customer service was nice but overall I had a horrible experience. When I got to the room, the bathroom was not clean, and I wish I had taken photos. The AC was not working. We contacted reception to come and fix it. At 2 a.m., while I was sleeping, I woke up sweating from the heat even though I had the AC on. Turned out the electricity was turned off and again I had to contact reception again. They came and fixed it. Up until then, I hadn't even said anything. When I got back to the hotel room on the same day, the door keypad was not working. I went down to reception to get another keypad, which opened the door but was not working for the electricity. I contacted service again and they came and suggested we go to another room. In the second room, we also had several issues. Our bathroom door was locked unexpectedly, the phone was not working, and the bidet screw was broken. Unfortunately, that's such a disappointment. Will never go back there and definitely do not recommend it.

They gave me room on 5th floor, but there are ants everywhere. Then they change our room to another floor. The room is very wide I have to say, but looks very empty and weird. I think they should’ve upgrade the room furniture for sure. S

The hotel is quiet and hygienic, so you can continue your next trip.

Once booking Already requested side by side But actual separate quite far. At receptionist requested but no available. The hotel’s pictures in trip.com was the old one, actual quite different. One of room no refrigerator. The towel and door mate for 4rooms that we booked has not ready till 5pm (we requested for many times). Swimming pool also small and crowded. But the location if hotel is good. The Car parking is quite small But they offer free Valey parking
