TTatianaK.We chose this hotel and never regretted it. The room on the high floor had a stunning view of winter Kanazawa. I bet there must be a better view from the restaurant on the roof top there. The station is only about 7-minute walk away. Everything in the hotel was wonderful. There were some comfortable chairs and a stunning fountain in the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with such a wide variety of food! My son loved the yuzu-flavored ice cream so much. After check-out my son couldn't find his power bank, by that time we had already moved on to another city, so we contacted the hotel manager. They searched everywhere in the hall where my son was sitting. Fortunately, later we found our power bank in his belongings. However, the hotel manager kept in touch with us via email untill we solved the problem.

RR ToroBrilliant boutique hotel with truly kind and amazing staff. Only 15 rooms but the staff truly outsize the hotel in terms of what would wow me. They really make you feel very comfortable and safe. Great location to visit Kenrokuen!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaEnjoyed my stay. Traditional tatami mat throughout and hence shoes are to removed at entrance. Only 5 mins walk to omichio market. I had a very good sleep and rest. The hotel offers osen, complimentary late night ramen and ice cream/yakult with manga corner. Convenient location where walking is possible to most attractions like Kenroku-en and Higashi Chaya District.

BBell95Hotel is so great I will definitely come back to Kanazawa one day and stay here. The room is spacious enough for 3 of us. They provided every amenities we needed including ironing equipment. We can dry our clothes in the bathroom. Staff are very friendly even though my Japanese skills are so bad. We were a bit unlucky due to the weather, there was hailing when we were there but other that it's all good. Most importantly, the hotel is right next to the Kanazawa station and ease us on our movement around. Thank you for the great service I will definitely come back.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel located exactly beside JR Kanazawa Sta. So if you want to go to Shirakawago by bus ( of course u have to reserved before ) it is easy to reach the bus station behind Kanazawa Sta. I choose this hotel also because I used Hokuriku pass which is passed by Kanazawa Sta. The room is like other 3 star hotel in Japan, not too big but enough if you bring top loading luggage.

DDmitrii PolovinkinQuite good, although I can say that rooms here are REALLY small. But central location and price are quite good. The only downside is that reception workers (at least one guy there) can be not very welcoming, and what's weird that this guy don't even speak a basic English - which is objectively a professional incompetence when you work in hospitality industry in the center of a city with quite lots of tourists, was quite surprising.

SSpielyHOTEL MYSTAYS PREMIER Kanazawa – My Absolute Favourite of My 2026 Japan Trip!
I stayed at HOTEL MYSTAYS Premier Kanazawa for three nights, and it ended up being my favourite hotel of my entire trip. The room was extremely clean and very spacious — at 32 sqm, it really was much larger than most hotels in Japan for the price paid and was very comfortable for a longer stay.
The pricing was also very affordable for the space, quality, and comfort provided, making it excellent value for money. Service from the staff was also excellent — friendly, professional, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance.
There is a bathtub provided with bath salts given at the front desk
Food: I also tried the Kanazawa Gozen (last pic) recommended by the hotel, and it was fantastic. At 3,500 yen, it was well worth the price and a great way to experience local cuisine without leaving the hotel.
Location: 5 mins walk from JR Kanazawa Station exit, pretty straightforward, with an underground walkway, which is noticeable after exiting and turning left.
Overall, an outstanding stay and easily my top hotel choice during this trip. I truly hope to return and stay here again in the future.

CChan, Man LeiI booked a double bed room, but they gave me a two beds room which they can allow me to pay extra to upgrade another room type if I want to have a double bed for three days, the staff is nice, just the arrangement is not so great experience, but the location is great, right next to the train station

PPengguna TetamuWe originally got a room that was smoky probably due to previous guests but the housekeeping did not do a good job of getting rid of the smokiness (take note the hotel is supposed to be non smoking I think). We called the reception who proceeds to change our room to another floor and they made sure this time there's no ciggarette smell. That wasted a bit of our time but a good gesture to change our room. House keeping needs to make sure to check room properly especially for those with families. Son had a bit of a coughing fit when he entered the room due to the smoke.
Location was strategic and they provide free parking in the mall parking.
