Hotel Okayama dengan Sarapan

The staff I came came across were all very polite and had welcoming smiles, no matter at the reception desk or the restaurant on 20/F. I enjoyed my stay here, but it felt comparable to the 3 star hotels, just slightly better especially thanks to the fabulous breakfast and location of breakfast…If hotels have half stars, i would think it’s’more of a 3.5 star hotel instead of a 4. I have a few suggestions which the hotel can look into to improve in the future. 3 Things to improve on: 1) I picked this hotel because I read other reviews saying the hotel is connected to a bridge from the Okayama station. This is true but unfortunately there were no signs in the station to guide travellers unlike another hotel like Granvia. Google suggested that I look for the west exit which I did, but I ended up being at the ground level hence had to bring big suitcase all the stairs…then I spotted the bridge and ANA crowne plaza from the street 2) cleanliness can be improved. There’s a UCC drip coffee machine in the room. I don’t drink coffee, and the box for the drip coffee selection was refilled. However I spotted a used capsule on the floor near the wall. The bin was not blocking the view, so the cleaners could’ve easily spotted the rubbish if they had been a little more careful and looked under the table when they have to clear out the rubbish bin anyway. 3) I sent a message to the hotel via TRIP.com. The message wasn’t replied promptly, as in within a few hours. Ultimately it didn’t matter anymore, I arrived at the hotel before somebody managed to reply me. Maybe it’s the system that’s problematic which may have caused a lag? Or staff only look at mails/messages when not too busy at the front desk?

This hotel was a very positive surprise while I was a bit skeptical as technically it’s also a love hotel, but it doesn’t even feel that way which was good. Super clean, lots of amenities and small details in the room to make the stay more comfortable, even a free hair clip and a massive TV. Location was right next to the tram stop, one evening we also walked to the main station which took maybe 20-25 min. The breakfast choices were plenty, the french toast was super tasty! Thank you to the attentive and kind staff!

Sangat berpuas hati. Ia adalah malam yang paling memuaskan dalam perjalanan ini selain hotel air panas Hoshino Resorts. Biliknya besar dan serba lengkap. Lokasi hotel sangat bagus. Okayama adalah tempat yang patut dikunjungi lagi, baik untuk pemandangan dan sebagai peralihan alternatif ke bandar besar.Tempatnya sangat sesuai.semoga dapat menginap lagi di bilik ini😄

Very convenient location close to Okayama Station. There's a Lawson convenient store below the hotel, and there's a Aeon mall and a Don Quijote store within 2 minutes walk. Hotel room is small but is clean and comfortable. The room is equipped with hair dryer, water kettle and mini-fridge. Guests can help themselves to toiletries, paper cups, tea bags, etc beside the reception.

location is close to Okayama station. hotel uses self check-in and even though the machine completed my check-in and issued me a keycard before 3pm, the staff rushed over and told me that i can only use the room from 3pm ao i had to go out and come back later. quite an unhospitable move i must say…

This is a slightly dated hotel in the middle of Okayama. While location wise it is very centre, the distance from the station is an awkward 1.2km walk, which is just outside of walking distance especially when with suitcases. The breakfast is great but sometimes the staff get overwhelmed and the trays are not cleaned thoroughly. The hotel does not offer a lot facility-wise, with a laundry room appropriate for business travelers.

Great hotel for a short term stay. My room was fine but it was on the third floor so I could hear the nearby trains and some other humming noise, but aside from that, it was fine.

Very bad service hotel. This hotel didnt allow us to stau 1 room with our 2 small kids. I booked 1 room with 2 single bed but the reception forced us to book 1 another room. I will not stay there anymore ! Another hotel allowed us stay 1 room with 2 our kids but not this hotel! The hotel was very bad smell and dirty . Bye

오카아마공항 도착해서 공항버스로 역앞에 내려 오카덴전차 이용해서 호텔에 짐맡기고 야마토식당가서 데미카츠 맛보고 미술관 돌아보고 힐링하다가 2시체크인했어요 제일 탑층에 오카야마성 전망 룸으로 주셨네요 방은 좁지않고 24인치 캐리어 펼쳐놓고지냈어요 시설이 오래된곳이라 카드키아니고 실물키인데 외출시엔 맡겨달라고 인포메이션에 써있습니다 1층조식당이 규모에비해 다양한 음식들이 셋팅되어있고 직원분들 친절하세요 지하에 중식당도 나중에 런치때 셋트메뉴이용해 봤는데 가성비좋고 정말 맛있었어요 가격이 일단 저렴하고 맛있어서인지 대기 있었고 저 제외하고 전부 일본인이었어요 대기리스트에 이름이랑 인원수쓰면 직원이 나와서 이름불러줍니다 1층 조식당 우조카페는 점심때도 이용할 수 있는데 에비메시 먹고싶었는데 마침 휴무여서 아쉬웠어요ㅠ 호텔은 역에서 걸어갈만한데 캐리어가 있어서 전차이용했는데 기사님이 들어서 옮겨주셔서 어찌나 고마웠던지 오카야마에서 만난 일본분들 전부 정말 친절했습니다. 오카야마성이나 고라쿠엔. 박물관이나 미술관 계획있으신분들은 이틀정도 숙박하시는거 추천드려요

Very nice hotel with a bath and sauna. A highlight after a long exhausting day! They provide a japanese style dinner, which is sadly not vegetarian and a breakfast buffet, which isn‘t bad. The room had a smoking smell and the bed and pillows are very hard, which we found pretty uncomfortable though.
