We have just completed a 6 night stay at this lovely hotel and can thoroughly recommend it. We were allocated room 62 which was everything we wanted, very spacious with a big bed and a strong warm shower. It also had a front facing balcony with a sea view. A big than you to the cleaner who serviced our room very well, it was always immaculately clean and smelled very nice. The breakfast choice was just right, a egg station was available for choice of eggs, there was also a noodle station and my favourite...Roti Canai. The staff in the dining room were quick to clear tables and all the food tasted nice, so thank you to the chefs and the staff. The reception staff were always available and very pleasant, it was also good to have a permanent security guard at the front of the hotel, he was always smiling and helpful, a very nice man. Thank you for your assistance with our luggage and helping us park our motor cycle etc. The hotel also has a very nice swimming pool and loungers, with towels available. So really it ticks all the boxes for a great stay and the nightly price rates are very reasonable. I can highly recommend this hotel.

You get what you paid. I booked and stayed at Bayu Villa with the beach view for 3 nights. At first I personally didn't put a very high expectation on this resort because of the rate was relatively cheap. But to my surprise I found my stay was pleasant and satisfying. The Bayu Villa was spacious and the bed was comfy. However they need to refurbish the room interior and put an extra afford to ensure the cleanliness of the room before letting the guest check in. From my personal point of view, this resort is for a lower or middle class guest and if you're a type of so called classy guest and expecting a perfect getaway, please do not book this resort. But if you're a simple type and just wanted to enjoy the pool and the beach, I am highly recommended this resort. I spent my final 2 night having a dinner at their coffeehouse and I was really enjoying my meals eventhough it was very limited choices from the ala-carte menu. Here are my comments on things to improve 1- Please enhance the pool cleanliness, there were a lot of beach sand inside the pool. Maybe because there are no restrictions or regulation of swimming attire by guest. 2- Please improve the Wifi signal quality especially for Bayu Villa area. 3- Improve on the breakfast choices and menu. Overall, for the price that I paid, I am satisfied.

Apa yang saya suka tentang penginapan saya di resort ini ialah lokasi yang strategik di mana terdapat kedai makan dan pantai dalam jarak berjalan kaki. Kolam renang terletak di luar bilik kami. Namun, sarapan adalah terlalu terhad... Tidak banyak pilihan. Secara keseluruhan, resort ini bersih, damai dan kakitangannya membantu. Oh ya, tidak lupa untuk menyebut burung enggang yang lapar di resort ini. Enggang dalam lampiran itu diambil di luar bilik yang kami tinggal... Suka.

Didn't know what to expect and since I booked late, I ended up choosing this hotel as it was located at the popular Pasir Bogak beach. I have not heard of the hotel (it is brand new). However I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. We were welcomed by the hotel owner himself who was running the hotel himself as the hotel has just opened a month ago. This is a 2.5 / 3 star hotel but very comfortable and offers excellent value for money. Take note that this is a new hotel and there are some work is still going on. For example when we visited the restaurant is yet to be up and running and a few external work still going on. Also taxi drivers don't know the hotel. You can mention that the hotel is right next to the school at Pasir Bogak. Pro : 1. Value for money 2. Located right at the Pasir Bogak beach (2 min walk) 3. Clean, safe and well equipped 4. Excellent and high-quality fitting and furniture 5. Good aircond 6. Very friendly and helpful staff 7. Indoor swimming pool (the kids loved it) Cons: 1. Rooms are a bit small for families 2. Some fittings are missing (simple things like racks, hangers, etc) - but the owner assured it will be taken care.

We booked 2 nights to start with and then added another night. The main reason we went to Pangkor Island was for the hornbills. We wanted to stay close to the hornbill feeding. It turned out to be a great spot. There is a big tree over the road they hang out in early morning and late afternoon. We did the hornbill feeding but at another time to get a different perspective we went to the roof. The hornbill feeding guy told us another place to see hornbills easily and we are glad we went there. It was a lovely spot and we were able to watch the hornbills getting up to mischief. Up on the roof there is an infinity pool. There is a little wall between shallow and deeper. The wall gave some shade to the shallow pool in the afternoon. Room security seems good. When the door is closed it automatically locks. Sometimes the door gives off a little alarm if you don't enter the way it wants. I didn't work out why it happened. It didn't happen often- it may have been if the handle was held down to long. The staff are lovely. There was no laundry service. We stayed an extra day and the entry card needed to be activated for an extra day. More security. If you want your room serviced, just put the sign on your door and it happens promptly. The shower had a curtain to mostly keep the bathroom dry. The water was the warmest we have had on our little trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. You can hire scooters from next door. They aren't the cheapest but it is convenient and they are reliable( the tank may not be full when you get it). We would stay here again.

Took my two kids to experience life in a fishing village and we werent disappointed..the homestay was v clean and i was impressed that the room even had a hairdryer..although food isnt serve at the homestay they do have snacks (maggie in the cup etc) and drinks for sale.i would suggest that you bring your own towels as their towels are quite thin. the owners were v friendly and helpful..we spend our morning exploring the nearby boat, satay and anchovy factory on foot ( less than 10 min walk) and then rented fishing rods to fish at the homestay itself for the rest of the day..the kids also got to feed a family of hornbills that visit twice a day as well as the homestay's pet fishes..we rented a car for rm70 a day (at the jetty when we arrived) to drive out for seafood and to see the sunset at beach on the other side of the island. Def planning a return trip in the nearby future

We have been here many times in the last 15 years. It always is a pleasant experience. Chinese owner will go out of his way to make your stay comfortable. Staff efficient and interact well with the guests. A genuine 7 to 10 minutes walk to the coral bay beach which is the best beach on the island. Two restaurants on the beach where you can eat and get alcoholic beverages. The best accommodation at Nipah bay villa are the chalets, self contained with large terrace. They are clean comfortable with good air conditioning. Showers always perform well. Cheaper rooms are in the block behind but not all have balconies. A simple breakfast of tea/coffee/juice and toast, eggs, rice and banana cake is included in the price. 07:00 to 10:00. You would do well to rival this budget Hotel for the price and location. recommend. Motor bikes can be rented daily here for RM 40 per day.

We took the Superior King Room for our 3 days 2 night stay at Pangkor Island. The room served us a beautiful mountain view, with spacious clean room and the grand touch of wood floors. Mr Ragu (the host) was a wonderful man. He gave us a lot of information regarding the best food to get in Pangkor as well as places to visit. Highly recommended for those who are looking for a quiet retreat and its located at Teluk Nipah ,the most happening place in Pangkor.

PPengguna TetamuMy husband and I chose to have our honeymoon at Pangkor Laut Resort two days after our wedding, and it was the best trip of our lives so far. We had a good first impression of the resort even before we reached the resort. We had arranged in advance for land transfer from Ipoh airport to Marina Island Pangkor, and we thought to have the driver pick us up at 10am even though our flight landed at 8.30am (just in case we faced delays with our flight or at immigration) but we were surprised when he was already waiting for us when we landed at 8.30am. After a 1.5h road trip from the airport to the office, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and towel, and was then escorted to PLR on a speedboat with one other couple (which made us feel special, haha). Upon arrival at the resort, we were again welcomed with a little refreshment and had a staff attend to us immediately, helping us to plan our itinerary for the rest of the week that we were staying there. As we were still early and the rooms were not ready, we had lunch at the Feast Village and then rested in the library, which was very cosy with a good selection of books (only downside was there were so many house lizards, though I am not sure if anything could be done to prevent them from coming). Our room at the Garden Villa was wide and spacious, and we received a congratulatory drink from the resort to celebrate our wedding as well. (It was a nice gesture, but nothing could compare to the attentiveness of the different staff we met over the week, who, upon noticing the henna stains on our hands, congratulated us warmly in person). We also loved that the Garden Villa was so near to the Feast Village and Uncle Lim's Kitchen, which we kept going back to for breakfasts, lunches and dinners, as the food options across the two kitchens were varied and more importantly, delicious. The service at the kitchens were also amazing - Chef Liza was so friendly and approachable that she made us feel at home, and Masum and Nadim went out of their way to make each dining experience feel special for us (such as seating us at places where we would have unobstructed views of the beach, and offering to take photos of us without us even thinking of it). Other experiences we had at the resort were going for the jungle walk, swimming at Emerald Bay and having lunch at Chapman's Bar, and yoga. However, our favourite activity on the resort was going for the spa experience. It was so refreshing and phenomenal, and truly, no other spa can beat PLR's spa. We were pampered from head to toe, and the different bath experiences set the spa apart from other spas out there. The staff were also so knowledgeable and generous with sharing what they know, that both my husband and I learnt so much about the natural ingredients used in our sessions. Definitely made the experience more meaningful and personal for us, and after a hectic wedding weekend, the spa made us feel well rested and rejuvenated. We also got a free room upgrad

DDan28Pangkor Casuarina Hotel - lovely quiet place by the sea. The deck where breafast is served is a brilliant idea. Its facing the sea and makes one feel so calm. The hotel provides free transport downhill to shops and cafes and many eateries. And theres Daddy's cafe too! Spend more time by the beach before heading back home. Its just a 10 mins ferry ride from Pangkor Island to Marina Island and then drive home to Kuala Lumpur.

FFahmi ZulkepliHotel ini sangat dekat dengan pantai pasir bogak! Hanya berjalan kaki sekitar 2 minit, dan boleh terus sampai ke pantai. Hotelnya luas, kolam juga tersedia untuk kanak-kanak dan orang dewasa, disekitar hotel terdapat gerai makanan yang sangat mudah untuk diakses, jarak dari jeti utama untuk ke hotel ini juga mengambil masa sekitar 5 minit dengan menaiki teksi. Dan jika anda bertuah, anda boleh melihat beberapa ekor burung enggang sedang bertenggek di pokok kelapa yang ada di dalam hotel ini. Saya bertuah dapat melihat 2 ekor burung enggang sedang bermain-main di atas pokok kelapa. Kekurangan pada hotel ini, kebersihan dan keceriaan. Kebersihan 5/10. Di bilik kami, lampu yang ada cuma 2 sahaja yang berfungsi, boleh dikatakan 80% baki lampu tidak berfungsi. Televisyen yang ada juga, cuma hanya ada satu siaran. Bilik berbau sedikit hapak, mungkin kerana karpet di bilik sudah lama tidak dibersihkan. Adakah saya akan menginap disini lagi? Barangkali ya. Adakah saya akan mencadangkan kepada rakan saya? Barangkali ya.
