The resort itself was stunningly beautiful, making my stay not only comfortable but also memorable. Given the exceptional service and the picturesque setting, I am definitely planning to return to this resort in the future. PPengguna TetamuLocated in a neighborhood of dirt roads, but it is is well marked, we never felt unsafe even though we were conspicuous tourist arriving late at night, and the property itself is walled & gated. Absolutely no communication/response with anyone from the property despite our multiple attempts to contact before hand to inform of delays & late arrival. However, the couple were ready to open the gate for us within minutes of our arrival, were welcoming & helpful, and provided a WhatsApp contact on arrival and were responsive to our messages during our stay. There are only two rooms so it is very private & looks exactly like the pictures. There are only

PPengguna TetamuThe menu for breakfast has a lot of options to choose from. The waiters were friendly and nice to us and food was excellent. But our room had quite a lot of dust and the toilet needs more cleaning. But most of all all the staff are nice and approachable. Thank you to all the friendly staff at crown Royale hotel.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is beautiful, wonderful view and nice pools. The standard villa is very spacious with a nice large balcony. The room is clean.
The place looks without proper maintenance, feee breakfast you get almost nothing and dinner is ok and bot overpriced.
The near river is nice but it is not suitable for people without breath doing 700 stairs and not abble to walk on rocks.

However, I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the restroom, the weak water supply in the room's shower, and the high prices of food. Despite their adorable presence, it's concerning that the dogs are drinking from the pool, which raises hygiene concerns.

PPengguna TetamuNice ambience and environment. Friendly staff and great service. Masarap din foods nila sa restaurant. May mga hut sila beside 1 of the pools malapit sa resto. Ang sarap tumambay dito at mag chill lang. Beach is nice, hindi nga lang white sand at may parts na biglang malalim or mababaw. Ang ganda ng pools nila, may part na malalim, so you should be careful. Medyo maliit lang yung room pero comfy at malinis. Sulit ang stay namin. We want to go back soon. If you're looking for a quick getaway that’s close to Manila but far from the noise and hustle, this is a perfect spot to unwind and relax.

PPengguna TetamuIt would have been better if there is housekeeping schedules everyday and the phone in the room is working. Also, the booking said there are slippers in the room, unfortunately, there are none.
But all in all for our stay, it was good. Thank you.
