Hotel Oriental Mindoro dengan Sarapan

Our stay was truly amazing, made even more special by the excellent accommodation and outstanding service we received throughout our visit. From the very beginning, everything was handled seamlessly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the experience. A big part of what made our trip so smooth and stress-free was the incredible assistance from the manager, Ethen. She was very easy to talk to, approachable, and genuinely attentive to our needs. Even before we arrived, she had already taken care of all the important arrangements for us. From organizing our pick-up at the port to ensuring a comfortable transfer to the hotel, everything was perfectly coordinated. What impressed us even more was how she helped arrange all our tours. We didn’t have to worry about planning or logistics at all—every activity was thoughtfully scheduled, making our trip both convenient and enjoyable. Her effort and dedication really made a difference, and it felt like we were in very capable hands the entire time. Shoutout also to their staff Kate for ensuring our boat tickets. The accommodation itself was equally wonderful—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing us with the perfect place to rest after our daily activities. Everything about our stay felt organized, relaxing, and enjoyable. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The combination of great accommodation and Ethen’s-the manager exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and well-organized getaway.

Самое важное, что стоит сказать - это не отель 4*. Это средненькая трёшка. По уровню. Далее описание по порядку. Номер. У меня был номер с видом на море на 2 этаже. Вид на море на одну треть. Так как растут деревья и сильно загораживают пейзаж, смотришь на деревья. И таких номеров много. Может, для кого-то это плюс. Есть небольшой балкон посидеть подышать воздухом и покурить, кому надо. Сам номер простенький, но чистый. Видно, что не новый. Не сказать, чтобы раздолбанный, но куски стен покрашены в разное время, это видно, подтеки, мебели мало. Кондиционера привычного нет, есть вентилятоный блок в стене на уровне колен. Температуру выставить нельзя, есть только две крутилки - сила потока воздуха и сила охлаждения. Прям чтобы холодить - нет, не остужал кондей воздух, делал чуть свежее. То есть это скорее не кондей, а вентилятор. Охладить воздух на ночь и потом комфортно спать не получалось, быстро становилось жарко, а оставлять этот вентилятор на ночь было не удобно - он сильно шумел и дул на кровать. Приходилось пару раз за ночь вставать и включать-выключать. Ванна. Почему-то полки для одежды и обуви и сейф разместили тут. Не удобно. Сейф вообще не работал, он весь проржавел. Из предметов гигиены отель предоставляет только жидкое мыло и шампунь. Бедновато для отеля 4*, коим себя называет. Ни шапочки для душа, ни ватных принадлежностей, ни лосьона для тела, ни тапочек - ничего. Напор воды довольно слабый, горячая вода идёт от водонагревателя, потому то теплее, то холоднее. Полотенца меняли стабильно, белье в кровати просто заправляли. Сам номер убирали хорошо. Только песок не всегда начисто выметали, приходилось просить ещё раз. Есть чайничек маленький, кофе и зеленый чай, маленький холодильник. Фена и утюга не нашла. Завтрак включён в стоимость, но он простенький. 2 кусочка тоста, масло, джем, яичница, немного фруктов, чай/кофе. Можно по меню заказать что-то поприличнее, но за доп плату. Можно в ресторане отеля заказать обед и ужин. Цены чуть выше, чем в ресторанах на пляже, но еда очень неплохая, порции большие (в отличие от пляжных ресторанов, где найти хорошую еду проблематично). Персонал очень отзывчивый, сделают всё, что попросите. Территорию отеля убирают хорошо. Но места перед отелем на пляже немного, потому лежаков тоже немного. Если отель заселен, то лежаков всем точно не хватит. Вход в море - галька с песком. Утром, когда прилив, входить комфортно. А после обеда, когда вода уходит, уже менее комфортно, обнажается галька на дне, босиком заходить больновато, лучше в аквашузах. Отдельная вещь, которая мне не нравилась - бродячие собаки. Они шастают везде, их не гоняют, они не агрессивные, но всё равно чешутся, размножаются, грызутся прям тут же перед глазами. Есть торговцы, которые ходят предлагают всякую хрень, но они не сильно навязчивые, хотя пристают стабильно, даже если в пятый раз за день видят. В общем стоит сказать, что для Филлипин отель очень даже. Остальные вокруг ещё хуже)) Но надо понимать, что это реальные 3* и не ожидать сервиса 4*.

We chose this place by reviews and for its location. When we arrived we had to sign an agreement with the property rules which are in abundance: from “no outside food or drinks at the property” to fines for stained towels and sheets. Though there are “shhh” signs everywhere I woke up both mornings of our stay because someone was walking and talking loudly right outside our door. The room is really small close to tiny, there’s no fridge (ok, that’s the type of room without one), the safe didn’t work but the friendly and helpful staff kindly stored our valuables in theirs. The place is beautifully located and the food is ok.

The place is great, not very busy, big pace for ourselves, staff is very helpful.

This hotel is very new and somewhat inconvenient. It is high on a hill which was not very accessible by walking as major roadworks complicated the route and also slowed traffic up and down. While only 10 minutes away from the main Sabang area (climbing down), the climb up made it unpleasant and inconvenient either on foot or in a vehicle. The room was simple with limited facilities (no fridge or TV) and not competitively priced compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast was spam and rice. The pool area was unwelcoming (exposed and bare of furniture). Service and support is pleasant but minimal. The place was empty and a little sad when we stayed (even though the town was busy). We were quite glad to leave. I think the place needs development and is a work in progress and when ready, it might be nice, but not yet.

This is a very cute place to stay! The staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable, and the stay overall was enjoyable. The room was generally clean, with some details overlooked (like previous guest's receipt on the floor and a few other papers around the room, one of the towels was a bit dirty). The hotel only provides a toothbrush and a toothpaste (and shampoo and shower gel in the shower), but I found the lack of a bar of soap disappointing. The location is great, the hotel is right at the beach, and easily accessible. The hotel cafe is adorable, serves good food, and the staff is friendly and polite. As for the provided breakfast, I could choose from the breakfast menu at the cafe, and coffee was served directly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this adorable hotel to anyone visiting, it's charming and worth staying in!

Отель построен очень интересно, как средневековый замок. На территории есть бассейн, иногда по вечерам около него играет живая музыка. В номерах мебель из натурального дерева, шикарные кровати с балдахином. Кондиционер работал исправно. В ресторане вкусная еда, и скидка 20% для постояльцев отеля. Отель расположен не на берегу, но близко, в удобном месте в центре. Из недостатков: не всегда была горячая вода, сейф в номере не работал. Некоторые номера расположены высоко, подниматься к ним по лестнице тяжело, лифта нет. За свои деньги очень хороший вариант.

Excellent facilities if you book à ocean view room. Room is spacious and comfortable and the view is stunning . Negative point is the other customers arriving drunk at midnight with their “comforts” screaming and making lots of noise in the balcony and corridor . During Check-in the staff had a bit of trouble as we canceled the previous reservation of standard room and upgraded to Ocean View and we had to insist and show the voucher that we had an Ocean View . Shower box was missing a door and because of that the Water would go all over the toilet . ***** Bring your own toiletries . Staff was kind and friendly and the swimming pool is very nice . I didn’t try breakfast but lunch was good at the restaurant attached to the hotel.

This is my third time staying at this hotel. And sadly, it just doesn’t get any better. And they even did a remodel since I was here last. Sad, old hotel that is unfortunately the best that Calapan has to offer. The rooms are clean, the pool is good and the staff very nice, but that’s about all I can say to the positive. No hot water, little in the way of amenities and the breakfast included with the room is just pathetic. All of this and reasonably expensive by Phillipines standards. I had just come from the Lalaguna Villas in Puerto Galera, so the contrasts were extreme. I am currently at the Manila Hotel, so again the contrasts are extreme. There are few options for a hotel in Calapan, they host many weddings and local events. But seriously, someone should open a decent hotel in a capital city of 140,000.
