AalbertltAn amazing ski in ski out with thermal bath resort hotel. The ski facility was great. The thermal bath was the best. There are water slides, wave pool, lazy river, etc. A little improvement for the breakfast. Although the variety offered was plenty, I feel the breakfast quality at Mercure Krakow Miasto was better despite having less breakfast variety. Everything else was great and I am really satisfied. One tips: get your lunch or dinner at the restaurant outside the hotel's main building. You will see it when you exit the hotel toward the thermal bath direction from the outside. They have great pork knuckle at really affordable price (around 12 euro for a big pork knuckle). Combine it with their boiled potatoes at very affordable price (around 2 euro or something). In my opinion, they are a much better choice than the express food inside the thermal bath. If you like chinese style dumpling, make sure you choose the ”Meat Dumpling” at the outside restaurant (the one selling pork knuckle). It taste much better than the dumpling with some sort of ”cheese filling” offered by the restaurant in the pool area.

Beautiful and huge park near by as well.
Western and english breakfast with lots of varieties. Special counter for kids!
Entry to thermal bath for hotel guests. Of course chargeable.
Perfect gateway for family, friends and couple.
I will definitely visit again.
Few suggestions:
Pre book thermal bath and breakfast to save some bucks!
Indian restaurant nearby!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe had a quiet and peaceful stay in Zakopane. It’s further away from the main streets but within walking distance. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The sauna is well maintained. The only defect is the water temperature of shower in our room: it wasn’t very steady. But in general it was a lovely stay!

BBeaseeHotel in centro e vicino alla fermata degli autobus. Funicolare a 15 minuti a piedi attraversando il centro. Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera pulita, non grandissima, ma con tutto il necessario. Peccato per la moquette.
La piscina perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata impegnativa.

PPengguna Tetamu女子2人で宿泊しました！立地はメインストリートからも歩いて行ける距離で悪くないと思います。ヨーロッパのホテルはだいたいそうなのですが、当たり前にシャンプーとリンスが付いていないのでご自分で用意する必要があります。部屋はベッド2つで割と広く感じました。外観や内装が少し古い感じがしましたが特に気になる点はありませんでした。食事もバイキング式で充実していて満足でした😊このホテルは若干高台に位置しているので、着くまでにだいぶ急な坂を登る必要があって少しキツかった思い出がありますwwwホテルのスタッフの方々の対応も良かったので、ザコパネ観光をする方は是非！

PpharmacistoffdutyThe front desk allowed us to check in early, so we were grateful. We needed a good rest after the overnight bus from Budapest. The room is warm with a heater, and the water pressure is good. Drinking water is provided. Location is excellent, there's a market just right beside the hotel, Costa coffee, restaurants. 8 mins walking distance to the furnicular.
