Hotel Belgrade dengan Sarapan

Don't stay at the family room at level 1. The room no is 001. It looks like a temporary room inside the hall, spacious but no privacy at all. Lift is just outside the door. The bed is just after the door. The means the lift is only about 1m away from your bed. Can you image this is a family room? We stay there for 5 days. Everyday we ask if we can change a room. They always say sorry it is fully booked.

Das Hotel ist super professionell, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich fand, das alles wirklich sehr gut war. Im Hilton kann man definitiv bleiben für einen Trip nach Belgrad. Der Service ist top, die Gastfreundlichkeit auf einem sehr hohem Niveau.

Everything was perfect. Room was very clean. We stayed for 2 nights and didn’t want to leave the hotel. Food was exceptionally good and the prices were lower than I expected. If we were to travel to Belgrade, we would definitely stay at Hyatt. Thank you for everything 🙏

Отличный, просторный номер. Изначально мне дали номер на 4м этаже, но на лифте туда не подняться, лифт ходит только до 3 этажа, я попросила замену на номер на 3м этаже, так как чемодан очень тяжёлый, до ресепшена тоже много степеней, это нужно учитывать, мне было тяжело. Мне заменили номер без проблем. Чистый номер, бар есть, многоуровневый свет, горячая вода без проблем. Район старого города. Дорога до отеля вымощена брусчаткой и подъехать к нему вплотную не получится. Придётся идти пешком около 300 метров. Рядом классные рестораны и кафе.

It is highly recommended and will be coming back! -Staff were very friendly and helpful, willing to answer loads of questions and they were always available. - The room was neat and spacious. Not the quietest though - The breakfast area looks deceivingly small, but it had multiple options. There is a room for improvement in terms of adding more continental food items. - Location-wise, we were super happy with our choice as it was central-ish and close to many sites, yet quieter and less busy

Отель прекрасный , находится на главной улице Белграда, в самом его центре, в 30 шагах от Площади республики, Национального музея, улицы с ресторанами и ярмарок. Здесь замечательные, уютные номера, отличное обслуживание- мы просили распечатать документы, дополнительные средства гигиены,- нам везде пошли навстречу. Особенно хочу отметить завтраки, - разнообразные, свежейшие, и стилистику ресторана, с видом на ул. Князя Михаила. Уезжаю с прекрасными впечатлениями!

The hotel is new, and it is clear that it has only recently reopened after a major renovation and restoration. The rooms are truly beautiful — spacious, stylish, and with a strong sense of freshness and attention to detail. The staff are polite, though not always very quick, which is likely due to the hotel being in its early days of operation and the team still gaining experience. There are also a few minor teething issues typical of a newly opened hotel, but it is obvious these will be refined over time. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would gladly return, especially considering the hotel’s great potential.

Very convenient and clear in service hotel. check-in is fast and check-out was also done simply by handing over the keys. 1 minute. we appreciated the breakfasts, which are exactly like in the pics. variety of dishes, everything is very fresh and hot. Room service and the restaurant work more than 10 points. Thanks to them. Appreciate it there are shortcomings that, in my opinion, can be corrected. in addition to the order, I asked for TWO beds, because I was traveling with a 15-year-old son. but they gave us a large one and in response to my request to change the room, I didn't receive the desired result because the hotel was 100% occupied. although I made a hotel reservation 2 weeks before the trip. at my request, the beds were moved apart but the room is too small for this (19 m) and a couple of centimeters didn't play any role. so, if you want to have needed beds or one bed need to send them reminder couple times on summer period.

It was a beautiful place, clean and comfortable. Location is great, it’s right across the St. Mark church so you have beautiful view and it’s right beside many stops so public transportation was so easy to navigate. Hotel manager Pece was a great guy, very helpful and we had great conversations with him. Next time I’m in Belgrade I’d definitely stay there again and would 10/10 recommend.

Самый дешёвый номер не соответствует фотографиям, ремонт времён Югославии. В санузле с потолка текла вода. Но в целом в номере чисто, постельное бельё и полотенца чистые, кондиционер работает, холодильник работает. Персонал доброжелательный и приветливый. Ночью было тихо, высыпался хорошл. Подойдёт для непритязательных гостей.
