Expecting more from Grand Hyatt but this may not up to the usual Hyatt standard But the staff make the difference, they are friendly and attentive Room can improve better like proactively make up the room without asking for it, automatically refill more water but they deliver it quickly when asking for it, super efficient

Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Al Khobar! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the modern amenities. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast had a great variety, and the location is perfect — close to shopping areas and the Corniche. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

交通很方便，性價比很高，每晚六七百元，價格很公道，有獨立的廚房，有鍋，有微波爐，刀叉冰箱，可以做飯，旁邊一公里就有家樂福，購物很方便，早餐很豐盛，下次來了還可以考慮居住，就是缺少一個游泳池

We enjoyed our stayed. The rooms where so clean and well oriented. They have very friendly staff. We oreder lunch from their restaurant and food was so delicious. Will stay again for sure.

Nilai hebat untuk wang! Hotel ini agak lama, dan kemudahannya agak lama Di dalam bilik yang saya tinggal, palam longkang di sinki tidak lagi tersedia, menjadikannya sangat menyusahkan untuk mencuci pakaian. Sepanjang Ramadan, sarapan hanya boleh dibawa ke bilik yang agak ringkas. Hotel di tepi jalan dan agak bising.

Kemudahan: Agak baru, ini adalah pilihan yang baik untuk hotel lama berdekatan. Khususnya, lobi sangat ber***a dan mempunyai tempat untuk mesyuarat, pertukaran, hiburan dan riadah. Kemudahan gim sudah lengkap Kebersihan: Kebersihan dan bersih, tetapi permaidani di dalam bilik mempunyai sedikit bau kerana sekatan jenis bilik. I don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.

Was a scenic resort with access to family waterpark, but lacking in options for food, do had to order from outside, which seemed acceptable. Breakfast option was not worth the price, would highly discourage anyone from taking breakfast option. For sports, there is nets and goals for football, but they charge for renting balls. Best to bring your own sports equipment such as badminton, volleyball, football, squash, tennis, etc.
