Absolutely loved my stay at Samira Exclusive — a true gem of a hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They not only greeted me warmly but even took the time to remember my name and say hello every time they saw me — such a lovely personal touch that made the whole experience feel extra special. My room was fantastic — spacious, beautifully maintained, and with a stunning view of the sea. Waking up to that view every morning was a dream. The private jacuzzi and hot tub were the cherry on top — the perfect spot to unwind and soak it all in after a day out exploring. The bar downstairs had a great vibe — relaxed, stylish, and always buzzing with good energy. It was warm and welcoming, the kind of place you could happily spend a few hours just soaking in the atmosphere with a drink in hand. All in all, Samira Exclusive is the ideal place for a relaxing and memorable getaway. I’ll definitely be back!

這家酒店算是這次土耳其之旅的意外驚喜。原本預訂時卡什小鎮附近的酒店點評看完已經是心裏涼涼了，這個區域缺乏個大酒店集團進駐，很多圖片看着風景不錯的酒店評論都有很多吐槽服務很差的。最終還是看顏值選了這家酒店，結果意外驚喜。 1、酒店實際景色比照片有過之無不及，套房150平帶泳池，尺寸感和景色都非常棒，雖然裝修的確衹是簡裝，但完全對得起這個價格，性價比很好。 2、酒店位於卡什小鎮半小時車程的卡爾坎小鎮，相比於卡什的熱鬧喧囂，這個小鎮寧靜祥和，非常適合喜歡安靜的遊客，酒店也是獨享一片礁石海岸，客人目前不多。 3、餐飲就吃了一頓，不算差，不過土耳其美食整體一般，也不用期待值很高。 4、酒店2個公共泳池，酒店成階梯形狀而建立，景色很棒，很出片。

This is what a real hotel should be. The owners are very welcoming people, they can speak some English and they are always ready to help you with everything. The structure is very modern and very clean and you can feel the attention for details. Rooms are big and comfortable, they come with a terrace too, the bathroom is also big and the shower comes with a huge quantity of hot water. Breakfast is delicious and there is a swimming pool outside. Location is only 15 mins driving from Xanthos and Letoon. The price is reasonable, but except from many other places you go in Turkey you have the quality. Hope it will be the same in the future and that they won’t increase the price too much as it normally happens for such places, so that we might have the chance to come back again. 😊I personally highly recommend it!

Отдыхали в мае 2026, отель очень понравился. мы приехали в Каш очень поздно около 24 часов. Не смотря на это нас заселили. Номер чистый, убирались и меняли полотенца каждый день. Кровать удобная, постельное чистое, без пятен. Чайник, кофе, сахар и чай в номере есть. Мыло и шампунь в больших дозаторах. Расположение отличное до центральной улицы пешком не более 5 минут. До бесплатного пляжа пешком минут 30. Платный в 7-10 минутах. Отличный вид с террасы. Доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал. Из минусов очень хорошая слышимость, однообразный завтрак, но голодными не останетесь. На фото вид террасы с завтраками

Отель идеально расположен в самом центре old town Каша, на пешеходной улочке, вокруг кипит жизнь, в паре шагов порт, площадь, парк, магазины и рестораны. Лобби отеля-стильное пространство где проходят завтраки, и также живет милая кошечка Куки. Номер просторный, не перегружен лишними предметами, в гостиной не хватает света, возможно за счет того, что не все светильники работали. Также местами требуется легкий косметический ремонт стен и потолков, но это мелочи. Холодильник пополнялся водой с газом и без. Наш балкон выходил как раз на пешеходную улицу, и с него открывался шикарный вид на город, уходящий вверх по горе. Завтраки довольно простые, но все свежее и вкусное. This review is actually more about Radisson Blu Kas than Novva Hotels Kas, as we ended up staying at Radisson Blu. We arrived in Kas late at night and found that Novva Hotels Kas was closed: there was no staff on site and the reception was not operating. Since our stay had been prepaid, the situation was quite unpleasant and stressful after a long journey. We contacted the reception through Trip.com, and the agent explained that due to technical reasons the hotel was temporarily closed, and guests were being accommodated at the neighboring Radisson Blu Kas. Unfortunately, we were not informed about this in advance, which was the main downside of the experience. Luckily, Radisson Blu is located very close by, and from that point on everything was excellent. We were warmly welcomed and offered an upgraded room with a stunning sea view (we had originally booked a sea-view room at Novva). The service was outstanding, the room was very comfortable, and the breakfasts were excellent. We initially planned to stay for just one night, but ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed it so much. I cannot really comment on Novva Hotels Kas itself, as we did not stay there, but Radisson Blu Kas exceeded our expectations. It seems that the two hotels may be operating in cooperation. Overall:
— the only negative was the lack of prior notice about Novva being closed;
— the service and hospitality at Radisson Blu were excellent. If judging by the actual stay experience, everything was great :)

Отель красивый, но пошарпанный. В номере при въезде были грязные чашки от прошлых жильцов, дверь входная открывалась и закрывалась только толчком. Шумоизоляция очень плохая, всех соседей слышно. Уборка символичная, некоторый мусор с поверхности не убрали. Парковки нет. Завтрак выносят, шведского стола нет. Был странный эпизод, утром вышли полюбоваться видами и вернулись в номер, через 1,5 часа спустились завтракать, а там нас оказывается все эти полтора часа ждет остывший и заветревшийся завтрак.. официант без нашей просьбы решил сразу все вынести, как только нас увидел, пришлось есть холодный и постоявший завтрак. Места в номере крайне мало, чемодан не разложить. На пару ночей полюбоваться видами пойдет. Виды действительно хороши и завораживают, греческий остров напротив. Администратор был очень вежлив.

Потрясающий отель с шикарными видами и морем, номер у нас был огромный с видом на море, тихий и спокойный, обслуживание потрясающее, спасибо за отличный отпуск
