Hotel Baltimore County dengan Sarapan

The hotel is new, clean and there's a very nice breakfast. It's a city hotel, so the room was smaller than other Hampton Inns, but comfortable with nice amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, usb ports) and a big TV. Home2suites shares the building and the floor. The self-parking is expensive ($20/day) and is a walk up a hill to a public lot.. The valet staff was nice and let me unload and check-in before parking. The front desk staff, however, was remote and unfriendy. It wasn't explained how parking worked - other than that the charge would be added to the room. It meant a trudge back to the car in a thunderstorm to get a ticket previously left in the car. It is to be validated at the front desk. I won't be going back. There was no maid service for a 3 day stay. Service is supposedly ”every other day.” I had to ask for extra towels and put trash outside the door when the baskets were full. (I also know nose rings are popular - but people wearing them are hard for me to look at. After seeing too many kids with runny noses, what looks like metal buggers coming out of people's noses, gives me a startling bad physical reaction - Sorry - can't help it.)

Bagus, sederhana dan bersih. Sarapan panas disediakan! TV berfungsi dengan betul - walaupun butang jarak jauh sukar untuk ditekan. Tempat tidur yang selesa, penyesuaian suhu yang mudah, bilik mandi bersih. Kerusi meja kelihatan seperti dikunyah sedikit. Lif mereka juga agak jengkel, tetapi mereka mempunyai tanda-tanda - ikuti sahaja arahan itu dan tidak mengapa. Dekat dengan banyak tempat dan restoran yang bagus! Secara keseluruhan, nilai yang baik!

Great location and attentive staff. Although, the boiler went dead the first day and there was no hot water for nearly 48 hours. Aside from that the breakfast was good and the stay pleasant once the hot water situation was rectified. Would book again.

Arrived on a Tuesday, the room was ready minus a shower curtain. Quickly resolved and the rest of the trip was problem free. Clean comfortable property. Staff, particularly Angel and Stanley were welcoming, professional and accommodating.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The staff was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any request. The location was convenient, making it easy to access key areas in the city. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience. I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

Clean room, great staff, good location, walking distance to good food places

Matthew was so nice, the whole staff was, that’s why I always go there, and the bake cookies are great. Go try them
