FFarel SilalahiLocation was excellent. Room was big enough and the bathroom was ok. Requesting daily cleaning of the room but during the 4 night only being done twice. Holding fee of USD 100 for each room until now not being credited back to my credit card (already 3 business day)

PPengguna TetamuHotel ini sangat bersih. Rasanya sangat senang untuk masuk dan mencium produk pembersih yang digunakan. Penjaga meja depan adalah sangat akomodatif. Saya memerlukan penginapan malam tambahan dan dia bukan sahaja membantu saya menempah penginapan lain, tetapi menghargai harga yang saya lihat dalam talian. Kakitangan pembersihan sangat baik dan memastikan kami dijaga dengan baik. Suami saya tidak mengambil berat tentang lokasi, jadi saya tidak pasti berapa kerap kami akan mengunjungi hotel ini, tetapi saya akan mengesyorkan hotel kepada orang lain.

JJoyMy husband was at Kennestone Hospital and the Holliday Express was the only hotel close to the hospital with a vacancy. I was very content with the room, the complimentary breakfast and the easy parking.

The hotel it's self was awfully, missing carpet, stains on walls and floors, wallpaper coming off and I could even see into someones room through the wall.

PPengguna TetamuRooms were clean, just a little average/outdated compared to the new lobby. Beds are firm but comfortable. Microwave and fridge inside room. It’s about a 20 minute drive into the city depending on traffic but for the price of the room it was worth it for us as we rented a car anyway. Parking lot was also free to use. Did not use the pools and decided to pass on the restaurant so cannot speak on those. The staff however was amazing, especially Tonya! So sweet and friendly. Montana was also very welcoming.

LLauraThis hotel has a wonderful staff, there is nothing bad to say about the staff, the room was clean, and breakfast was good, location was good as well. Unfortunately, the hotel does need a major remodel. The gym's AC was not working, Ice machine was not working (we were offered to ask front desk for ice to accommodate the inconvenience though). There is an inside pool but the pool is not heated, so water was very cold (kids couldn't stay in the water because of shivering). I just don't think that it's worth the $150 or a 5 star review :-(

TTammyI stand at the hotel on Thursday July 6th. The gentleman on the afternoon shift was very professional and very nice. I’ve stand there three other times and he’s always been the same, professional and nice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWent to the Atlanta Blade Show. The price is quite reasonable considering the time of the year and the distance from the galleria center. The staff were kind and helpful. I arrived at the hotel at noon. There happened to be a room available and they let me check in early so I didn't have to hang around. Grateful to them.

VValarie FI have resided at this location temporarily and felt comfortable and safe. The staff is super nice and are always willing to help or answer any questions. Unfortunately, there are guests who don't adhere to the policy of ESA and try to violate them. It's how the staff handles the issues.... quietly and professionally. I would recommend either a solo guest or an entire family.
