JJamesThis place is excellent if you’re a stressed out business traveler, looking for a good rate, and if you’re willing to manage your own transportation from the airport and back, but the amenities after a long late night arrival waking up the next day, sitting in the hot tub having a swim in the pool and a steam and a sauna along with an icy cold shower afterwards just recharges you after a long business trip, especially if you international like me I wouldn’t necessarily call it family friendly, but it’s definitely good for entrepreneur business travel if you can get a good rate otherwise there are other hotels out there if you can’t get a good rate. The rooms are not specifically special compared to the competition, but it’s an a quieter area and the fitness and aquatic amenities are what makes the difference for me as I have back problems and after a long international flight all I wanna do is get in the hot tub or take a steam or sauna. I’m needing an airport shuttle. I would not recommend this hotel and if you aren’t willing to risk having to pay a premium for a car service or Uber then do not book here. I wish I could stay at this hotel long enough to enjoy all of their amenities as they are really good, but as breakfast is not included, it can be a pricey for what you get when you compare it to other hotels in the area and hotels closer to the airport. Yet as long as I can get a good rate on this hotel, I will keep going back as I frequently travel international for work and just having the peace of the secluded area and the steam room and sauna make it a huge selling feature for me as they really assist my rejuvenation after a long day or more of travel.

揚揚Hwang房間雖然不大，但只是做為到ORD airport休息的第一個的一晚是可以的。早餐是訂2位但是3個人去吃沒有問也也沒有加錢。

However, I think the price was too expensive and I checked in at night though the key card was issued for the room that someone else already in it. So we have to come down to get another room. It was on a fifth floor but we were down to the 3rd floor next to the HVAC unit outside which was loud. It was not a bad stay or service but I wish it was better for $199. I wish we get a better room for that price.

NN MohammedHotel is close to the interstate. Entrance is narrow and a bit rough. Staff are good but we had an issue with room type and neither front desk nor manager willing to help fix it. ”Nothing we can do” was answer. Rooms we had were clean and spacious. Full fridge, microwave, stove top and kitchen basics was really good. Breakfast very average. Housekeeping is scheduled and max is every other day.

PPengguna TetamuA staff member African American told my son he looked suspicious my son is African American as well and called the police on him so that was not cool at all my son told her well I have a right to go in and out my room and walk around etc then after I left I called because someone that visited Us while there lost their ID and the lady tell me I left my room a mess I said who are you lying to because I do not play them games I cleaned my room personally and left not a thang in there sat the garbage outside the door in bags and the towels as we are told nothing less nothing more they are more strick with their rules which is better now but as far as accusing my son as being suspicious and telling me I left the room a mess that's messed up y'all not keeping my money that the hotel have on hold I'll take them to court nothing was broken nor no trash was left inside so no that's not it it's sad that this place has changed for the worst in one way and being a more strick is better as it got a lil wild over here in the past they need to know and check they camera as far as which guests are there or not before they start to call people suspicious

PPengguna TetamuWhen we first walked in, their was someone standing at the front desk waiting to greet us, unlike most hotels where you have to wait around for somebody's help. We received cookies, which were a pleasant surprise, extremely delicious, and warm. Check in was really easy, the person at the front desk was very pleasant we could tell she liked her job, she was also efficient and fast. The room was very clean and didn't smell like pets or cigarettes, like most hotel rooms do even though they say they are non smoking. We did notice the furniture was outdated and heavily used; however it is expected, because it is a hotel room. We did not come to sit in the room and look at the 4 walls, we wanted to experience the amenities the hotel provides.
I walked in with low expectations because every hotel I've been to with a pool and a hot tub one or the other does not work. This is even after calling the hotel before booking a reservation we end up being disappointed. I was extremely satisfied when both the pool and hot tub were operational and clean. The pool towels were actually on the deck so you didn't have to go to the front desk to get them. There was an incident at the pool with 3 young teens who couldn't handle a certain kind of substance and the one ended up vomiting and all the girls ran away with out reporting it. When we called the front desk they came quickly and cleaned it up. There was a small fitness center off to the side of the pool and was well kept and clean.
Breakfast was organized, the food was cooked in variation, which I enjoyed, because I do not like my food overdone. The waiter was super friendly and very attentive to our needs they will definitely have my business again.

PPengguna TetamuHotel was dated and in some some spots in disrepair. Peeling wallpaper, no elevators (only 2 floors), somewhat dingy. Plus in the evening the hallways reeked of ********* smoke/smell even though signage was posted as to no smoking, *********, etc. Did not expect this based on the community and the location of the hotel.
For the price, hotel just ok...... Was surprised that each evening we were there the hotel seemed to be at capacity.
We will not return to this hotel.
