PPengguna TetamuWe had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. All of the staff were incredibly friendly. I especially appreciated Patty making lots of delicious crispy bacon and going above and beyond brightening our mornings. Patty made sure the buffet was well stocked and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Paige at the front desk was incredibly helpful when we were attempting to extend our stay and help that process to go smoothly. Dionne made sure our stay went smoothly.

PPengguna TetamuLocation was fine. Room seemed standard level of clean. Toilet paper is ultra thin, and the soap and shampoo was very watered down, so I left the room feeling dirty. Sofa bed was so substandard that we wouldn't let our 12 year old sleep on it. The springs really dig into your back. Everything seemed clean, but felt so cheap that we felt cheap staying there. Coffee machine in the room was broken and it didn't seem worth the effort to complain about it. Ex-wife complained about the air conditioner next to the bed being too loud and coming on and off all night long that she had issues sleeping. Breakfast was solid, though. Waffle station was a hit, though the oatmeal, like the soap and shampoo, was very watery. Eggs and sausage were above average. No sliced bread, though they offered English muffins and bagels. Staff was very friendly. Best part about the stay was how amicable they all were. Makes me feel bad writing the rest of the review. Would probably avoid the hotel in the future if there were better options. It's passable, but doesn't live up to my standards and doesn't seem worth the price.

PPengguna TetamuI would start out and say that house keeping staff were the standout personalities for me. Very professional.
The elderly front desk lady was a sweet n helpful person. The beds were uncomfortable and even today my wife's and my back/ hips are hurting.

AAngeldustStaff was wonderful. Hotel was clean. Bed was very comfortable, especially their pillows. They allow pets so next time we may even travel with our pup :). They have a pool. It looked fun and clean, but we didn’t swim. For breakfast I had a bagel and cream cheese with coffee. My husband had biscuits n gravy, sausage links, and coffee. It was very tasty. They also offered cereal, toast, muffins, juice, I’m not even sure what else. I would definitely recommend staying here.

RRebeccaNice room ... it looked clean .. however, one of the dresser dwarves had the previous occupants bread, crackers, rice, and peanut butter... so apparently not cleaned great. Staff was friendly.. breakfast was ok. It was quiet and that was nice.

PPengguna TetamuThe night staff was nice. When we arrived, it took a minute for anyone to realize we were standing at the desk, but once noticed, they were nice to deal with.
Breakfast was horrible. No sausage or bacon with the powdered eggs. Biscuits and gravy was terrible. No meat in the gravy, no flavor either. The biscuits were undercooked. No fresh fruit options. The bread items were a bit hard. Had to ask where the butter was. The coffee was so weak, it looked more like tea. Couldn’t drink it.
The morning staff, again, once I got their attention, was friendly.
The beds were a bit worse for the wear. My daughter and her husband had to fight rolling into the middle of the bed. My bed was comfortable, but I was able to sleep in the middle.
Overall, not terrible, but also won’t stay there again.
