Hotel Hue dengan Sarapan

The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Hospitality ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay at Scarlett Boutique Hotel, Hue was absolutely wonderful and truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff, who made me feel at home immediately. The accommodation was spotless, elegant, and very comfortable. The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to assist with transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and every request I had — always with a smile and sincere kindness. Their helpfulness made my trip in Hue smooth, stress-free, and truly memorable. If you are looking for a hotel with excellent accommodation, outstanding service, and truly warm-hearted staff, I highly recommend Scarlett Boutique Hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Hue. We booked a 3 days 2 nights stay in a two-bedroom Lagoon View Villa,and it was incredibly spacious and comfortable. A special thank you to Ms. Nhi for her warm hospitality and for surprising me with a beautiful birthday cake. She also generously shared a potent,fresh ginger welcome drink that actually cured my sister’s cough. I highly recommend the spa; I had a Vietnamese massage with cupping that was professional and deeply relaxing. Dinner at Horizon Restaurant was scrumptious, with fresh flavors and a lovely atmosphere overlooking the lagoon. The hotel makes exploring very easy by offering a free shuttle to Hue City. We took advantage of this for a half-day trip which is very convenient.

The hotel and staff were excellent. Check-in was very attentive, and we were welcomed with a nice handwritten letter that included both of our names, along with some fresh fruit to enjoy. We had a great buffet breakfast with a wide variety of cuisine, and everything was very good. My only negative was that the television was not really usable. The only English channels would not load properly, and when they did, they stopped and froze every 20–30 seconds. From what I could tell, the other channels were doing the same thing. Granted, we were not there to watch TV, but it would have been nice to be able to watch something when we wanted to. Overall, the trip was excellent, and the hotel is beautiful!

What a brilliant place. From the beginning the front desk was super accommodating and made sure that my stay albeit the one night that I stayed, was comfortable and convenient. They gave me a map and suggested local areas to try for food, sightsee and experience the culture here in Hue. Ms Tho was an absolute gem and also helped me book my onward leg bus ticket to Phong Nha. Only wish I had the time to stay here longer. Post checkout they kept my stuff and even let me freshen up before the sleeper bus came.  Only thing I would suggest is to remove the flag of a genocidic state (Israel) from the “where do you come from board” in the main lobby.

Our stay here in Hue was honestly fantastic, starting with the unbeatable location - you step outside and literally everything you need is right around the corner. The room itself was a major highlight. We absolutely loved the panoramic windows, and the blackout curtains were top-notch, letting us actually sleep in without the morning sun waking us up. The level of cleanliness was impeccable across the board. The bed and pillows were decent and comfortable enough, but I do have one practical suggestion for the management: they really need to switch to proper fitted sheets. Using flat bottom sheets that constantly pull up and bunch together during the night is just annoying and takes away from the otherwise premium feel of the room. The breakfast was a total win. The buffet is gorgeous, offering a massive and incredibly diverse spread of delicious options to kick off the day. The only real curveball was the check-in experience. Instead of a warm, welcoming vibe, the front desk staff immediately hit us with a rigid list of ”rules and don'ts” in a surprisingly abrasive and almost rude tone. It definitely lacked that essential hospitality touch. Management really needs to coach their team on their delivery and customer service etiquette. But honestly, aside from that initial weird interaction, we had absolutely zero complaints. It’s a beautifully clean, well-located spot with a killer breakfast.

Having stayed at a Banyan Tree resort in the past, I had high expectations of this resort and I have to say, it did not disappoint me in one bit. Firstly, I have to mention the exceptional service. There is not a single thing the staff are not prepared to do in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Being a Muslim traveller, we had some concerns regarding the halal aspect of the menu. But I'm glad to say that the chefs understood the requirements and accommodated us flawlessly. We stayed in the pool beach villa for my daughter's 27th birthday, we booked two side by side. The villa itself was sensational. Getting up in the morning, walking on your own patio to your private pool, a stone throw away from the sandy beach, it's literally heaven on earth. Again, I will go back to the service levels because this is what truly makes Banyan Tree the special brand that it is. Thank you so much for your hospitality and your caring. Special mention to Nhi, Hung and Tan for making it extra special. The only downside is that it's slightly off the beaten track. A night out in Danang is a 2 hour round trip. But we spent the first 5 days of our holiday doing all the exploring and Banyan Tree Lang Co was the perfect wind down before heading home. I highly recommend anyone looking for a luxury escape in Vietnam, pick this place!

I had the most amazing stay at Angsana Resort, and I cannot recommend it enough. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful surroundings, comfortable rooms, and excellent facilities, but what truly makes it special is the people who work there. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction – always smiling, always polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Whether it was at the reception, in the restaurants, by the pool, or even the housekeeping team, everyone showed such care and attention to detail that made me feel completely at home. What impressed me the most was that it wasn’t just about good service – it felt sincere. The team really takes pride in making guests happy, and you can feel that in the little things, like remembering your preferences, greeting you by name, or checking if you’re enjoying your stay. It’s this level of friendliness and professionalism that creates such a warm atmosphere at the resort. Angsana Resort is not just a place to relax, it’s a place where you are truly cared for. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making my stay unforgettable – I will definitely be coming back and recommending this resort to everyone I know.

When we got there, we welcomed so warmly by Han on the receptionist, a very good man who packed our breakfast the next morning because our flight was leaving so early. The staff was really welcoming, the rooms are clean, the pool is amazing and the food was great.

The hotel is value for money. Location is good which near to a river at the back of the hotel. The hotel provide us the room with a big window which have a river view. Easy to locate for food and coffee, all shops are within 5 to 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel not located at the main road, it is less noise during the night. The popular Hue walking street is only 10 minutes from the hotel. Popular restaurant is just about 15-20 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff and friendly and helpful, they help us to book the limo from Hue to Hoi An, and always follow up when the limo come late to hotel to pick us up. Highly recommended if you just want to spend decently on stay but intend to spend more on food instead.
