This small boutique resort surpassed our expectations with excellent service, food and comfort. The pool, which overlooked the beautiful bay, was inviting, clean and well cared for. Our room was spacious and very clean, included all the amenities we needed. On arrival we were greeted by beautiful, smiling staff who did very well conversing in English. They looked after us very well for the 5 days we stayed. Massages were great and inexpensive, the food was delicious and the service was lovely. This place should be commended for the pleasant and enthusiastic staff. The one (big) downside was that the beach was unavailable for use. The severe damage and erosion from recent storms meant they had to install those unsightly massive sandbags to reconstruct the beach. The reconstruction was very loud and distracting on and off for a few days, however the staff were very apologetic and the work needs to be done fast, so it was out of their hands. I feel that we should have been forewarned and given the option to move to a different resort. It DID NOT change the great, relaxing time we had at the resort though.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel Overall the facilities are second to none and the staff is really friendly. But there were some things that surprised us a bit. Example 1 Upon arrival we got the opportunity to pay 30 % upfront. If we didn’t do that, we didn’t have the opportunity to put drinks, food etc. on the room, but we would instead have to pay cash (or credit card) each time. We asked why, but we didn’t really get an explanation about why that was the policy. We have never tried to pay deposit like that on a 5 star hotel before. Example 2 As mentioned earlier there are nothing to put on the staff. They are super service minded, polite and friendly. But when we are at a hotel like this, we expected the staff to at least speak some English. Of course some of them spoke ok English, but in general we used a lot of pictures and Google translate, just to be able to communicate properly. Example 3 Mini bar selection. When you open the freeze in the room it is empty. So the concept is that you shall contact them every time you want something. The selection was a little poor in our opinion. For instance no chips, Oreos etc, but just mainly something to drink.

Это зелёный оазис в Муйне. Очень много персонала, особенно садовников и у каждого своя роль! Гости отеля в адеквате. Никакого ”Тагила” здесь нет. На субботу и воскресенье как и в целом по Вьетнаму загруженность выше, чем в будни, может быть плотненько, но шезлонги на море всегда свободны. Заняты были на 30-40 % возле моря в июне 2024.
Сюда едут за релаксом и комфортом! Только море с волнами для кайт сёрферов. Но мы с ребёнком были в основном в бассейне, так как ей бассейн в радость.
Жили в номере в корпусе нова на 4м этаже. (Заранее просила отель об этом, все предоставили как надо).
Отлично тихо и слышно шум моря. Все насекомые внизу! Были 5 ночей. Очень рады и вернёмся еще когда нибудь!
В отеле брали только завтраки, на обед всегда ели фрукты, а на ужин вдоль по улице много ресторанов.
Предупреждаю: в Муйне повсюду летают какие-то мошки, с первого дня купите местные спреи и используйте. Я думаю это характерно для этого района, потому что в Нячанге например их не было вообще.

My family and I are very impressed with the service given by the staff at the resort. They are attentive and very nice even though we have language barrier, they make an effort to understand to our needs and attend to us almost immediate. The staff even give us suggestions of where and what we can do around Mui Ne.

This is the first hotel we chose when we were in Vietnam. The beautiful landscape and the facilities were new and nice. Room was well decorated, breakfast with many choice from Vietnam to Western cuisine, we love tea and coffee. The service was super good, special shout out to Thuy from front desk, her service made us felt like home. Every single detail was well arranged for us. Thank you Thuy. We surely will come back here again!

The resort is all extensive that you do not even need to leave the resort. The location itself is great if you want to have a quiter retreat, away from the bustling of Mui Ne. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes drive to central Mui Ne. Though, everything is here and you can spend days without going out. Every morning, I am awaken by the birds chirping and sounds of the crickets instead of the hustling and bustling of the city or traffic so this is good. I find that the staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was great and the guest relation officers who are always ever-willing to provide some insights. Their tours are somewhat comparable to outside prices (especially for a personalised one as compared to shared tours). There is a lift directly opposite to my room, and I could hear people drunkenly walking to the lift or talking while waiting for it. The resort has predominently European tourists who at times could be rowdy and difficult as they kept cutting me when I wanted to check-in disallowing the receptionist to focus on me. Nevertheless, the treatment provided by the staff are the same. I only have one major issue where I had booked a massage and the masseuse waited in the room for me to undress instead of allowing me time to prepare myself which is the norm. There were also no drinks (as per normal customs) provided after the massage for a resort that is of such high luxury.

What let me to this hotel was its pool. Never trusting the images, I asked. It was said 22 meters, but in fact 18.4 meters, more than adequate for exercising. I swam 72 laps every morning. The room was overlooking the infinity pool and both were facing the sea. We were a family of 3, 77, 56 and 10 years of age. Room had 2 beds. Perfect. And the bathroom was very interesting in itself with a skylight ceiling. And the best selection of soaps and creams in any hotels I have visited, and that is many. Breakfast a la carte, very good, very good helpings and very tasty. More than adequate. The cleaning-, kitchen- and pool staff did an excellent job. The receptionist could communicate better and lacked sufficient English skills. We stayed for 4 nights and was very happy wit the stay. But the Internet was very unstable with upload speeds from 0.000 bits to 9MBits. But I managed. See pictures for more Internet details.

One of the highlights was the three fantastic swimming pools, all of which were kid-friendly. One pool had a special area for children to play and warm water like a hot tub—ideal for little ones. It’s worth noting that pool access is not included in the hotel stay and costs 150,000 VND per day for the whole family, which we found reasonable.
The location is perfect if you’re planning to visit the nearby White Sand Dunes, as it’s conveniently situated for that excursion. However, it is a bit farther from the city center, where most attractions are located. That said, transportation is easy and affordable—a taxi will cost around 160,000-200,000 VND, or you can rent a scooter directly from the hotel for just 200,000 VND.
The hotel amenities were excellent, and the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive and friendly, with the person assisting us going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They also spoke English well, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
Although we didn’t try the food at the hotel, there were plenty of shops and restaurants within the building offering fresh, affordable, and delicious meals. Additionally, the supermarkets on-site stocked everything we needed, from swimming gear to everyday essentials.
APEC Mandala is a fantastic choice for families or anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in Mũi Né, especially if visiting the White Sand Dunes is on your agenda. We would highly recommend it!

PPengguna TetamuWonderful resort in a tropical, well-maintained garden. Additionally paid massage is good value for money. Breakfast - wide choice of tasty dishes. Later in the afternoon - restaurant a la carte. Staff - really friendly and helpful. Pleasant, relaxing stay after 10-day-travelling around Vietnam. Pools - really refreshing water, nice pool bar. Beach - fine, wide but the sea rather rough in February, rather for surfing, kite surfing not swimming. I recommend the stay here. Unfortunately, the area outside the resort premises - poor, dirty and neglected.

In fact , we had a good rest stayed in here during our weekend, my room 310. according to my point of view are, the resort facilities itself are still good in condition after almost 2 decades, particularly fabulous breakfast, yet i like the swimming pool here much ever, has warm crystal water sparkly keep you swimming, soak in water hours wiithout getting cold and twinkly plus pool bar are superb. Unfortunately, i observed the soft part here means human who are service staff across departments does not meet 5* standards such as : 1/ at reception their welcome guest procedures was not satisfied, the receptionist lady spoke speedy caused i could not catch her message at all, spa staff said to me there is not spa menu in the room i think that is poor equiped for 5*. 2/ at evening time, i had some beer at te restaurant located underneath the reception area, the lady service staff told me that my bill at 77,000vnd was unable to close because i did not depsosit 6,600,000vnd at check-in time. I got so mad with this kind of manner and treated their guest in house. cause then i insisted to meet Victor and Ms. Bích for my complaint. Victor seem very hospitable and sincere in apologies and listening to my complaint. 3/ the service staff at the pool bar need to be trained more and more in service attention, i wanna to have some drinks but nobody saw my hands and handphone flashlight have being waved continuously. 4/ i love most resort saturday buffet by the pool and beach area, all food are so delicious and thanks Victor for 1 round of drinks on you and courteous welcome by a lady who i guessed she is an outlet head, i missed asking her name, pity for that. 5/ I see the resort merely lack of man-power in front of the house, cause poor service attention, example my table was not clear-out in time, left used tableware for long until i must waved hands even in breakfast time happend the same. 6/ Majority service satff here are not hospitable and really lack of smiles on their face, they just do their jobs hardly like a robot without feeling of their guest around. Anyway, overall i had good stay here beyond above dislike points ruined and destroyed all my mood and your guys effort. I grateful for your team efforts during my stay. TTRooms are nice, spacious, modern and offer a nice view of the ocean. Good feeling of privacy in your own little cabin with a balcony and well maintained gardens outside.
The shower was broken when we arrived and blood red rusty water shot out when we first tried it. We were kindly given the neighboring cabin. Unfortunately the phone service was also not working in both cabins we visited so we needed to communicate with the front desk via WhatsApp.
Another unfortunate part of our stay was when we asked the front desk to book a taxi for us. It took 30 minutes to arrive and were charged over double the cost of the Grab we took on the way home from the Mui Ne main town.
Would reccomend if you want a beautiful view and a quiet private room. But it does not have first class amenities or service.

PPengguna TetamuThe place is quaint with lots of plants, a few cat, couple dogs, some birds, lizards etc. we booked it for the kids. The pool is a bit small. There are too many ants due to the nature of the house. The ants are small and harmless but I didn’t like that.
The room is huge, I think it can sleep 10 in a row as it’s got 3 king size beds in a row!
The pool is quite small.
There’s a small market in the morning right outside the home stay where you can buy fruits and local foods which is nice. The sellers are extremely friendly and they don’t try to over charge because you’re a foreigner. The local restaurants are also quite good for simple noodles and rice for cheap prices.
The location is quite far from town so it’ll cost about 130k to go to town.
The owners speak English well, very friendly and help to book taxis etc.

Have stayed in many hotels across SE Asia so am used to things like musty smells and occasional cockroaches etc. First impressions of the hotel was not good. No front desk staff on site (at about 4pm). A security guard called the staff member who showed up 15 minutes later by motorcycle. Whilst waiting we looked around. Seating in waiting area full of mold. Pool was full of algae and broken tiles. None of the facilities (playground, benches, gardens) were present. The beachfront area was crumbling and had exposed wiring. This was a common theme around the grounds. The beach itself was disgusting. Covered in garbage. There were aggressive stray dogs wandering the property. We were booked to stay in a beachfront room. Upon entering the room we saw cockroaches scattering everywhere (about 20) and the room smelt extremely bad of mold. You could see where they had painted over the mold to hide it. The bedsheets were dirty and covered in fine debris like they had sanded the walls without drop sheets. We returned to the front desk via a dangerous walk along the pathway filled with holes and no lighting. The front desk were not helpful. Showed us another room which was the same. We said we wanted our money back to which they refused. They had zero facilities open. No restaurant, no spa, no gym which we pointed out. They said too bad. A manager would not come to speak to us until 10am the next morning but we refused to stay the night. Moved to another hotel but returned in the am to speak to the manager who didn’t appear from their office til 11am. Then had discussions that just went round and round for two hours. The manager would say one thing and then deny it. Left in the end as it was getting nowhere and called AMEX who sorted a charge back. The hotel does not have cheap prices and they should be ashamed of themselves for their business practices and the standard of the hotel.

PPengguna TetamuThe place is a little farther from town but still have some cafes/restaurant options in the surrounding area. The room is made up everyday and you’re given fresh towels daily. Breakfast is okay during weekend (booked) because they served it buffet style while on weekdays you’ll be asked to choose between pho and omelet, whichever you choose it’ll be served with fresh fruit slices, dessert (flan) and beverage (coffee or watermelon juice). The room is huge but it could be better with a little renovation or redesigning. Everything in the room looks and feels old. The TV as well was in a weird spot (atop the closet) . Anyway, it’s a decent place to stay in Mui Ne without breaking the bank. PS: the beach has rough waves so you cant really swim on it but you can use their pool if you want to dip.

We stayed at the resort as it was a part of a tour we did. This is a lovely, spacious villa but a bit run down. Worst was the service. The people at the reception made absolutely no effort. When we asked about recommendations for dinner she was very rude and abrupt saying go wherever. Shame as the location is quite good and not too far from the resort there were many places for super seafood. Breakfast was really bad. We sat for breakfast around 8.30 am and most of the dishes were empty. You had to ask them for refills. Decent selection of fresh fruit was on offer and the eggs were good. They do have a lovely beach though and right next door there is a super bar with excellent service
