Hotel berhampiran Homeart and more Güleryüz Gurbet, Bregenz

We stayed five days to visit the Bodensee, Bregenz Festival and a glimpse of Vorarlberg. We rarely enjoyed such a mixture of understated luxury, comfort and staff friendliness. The room was great, spacious, with a breathtaking view over the lake and mountains, well-equipped - a mention for the fluffy bathrobes - and both the spa and the ”Badehaus”, a specificity on the Bodensee, were both elegant and well appointed. An impressive breakfast buffet begins the day, meals on the large garden terrace are really inventive and excellent. A highly recommended place to stay,.

We always stay in Lindau when traveling to Europe as we love the place. Only staying one night with my friends, we weren't able to stay in the hotel we usually stay at and so tried this place. It is related to the Bayerisch Hof next door where my parents have stayed many a time. It is pricey, I will say that but it is very, very nice. Reception was friendly and courteous and helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable and clean. The balcony over-looking the harbor and the lighthouse was great. Breakfast was fantastic, one of the best we had on our whole trip. Overall this is a great a place to stay when in Lindau with a great location and easy walking access to everything. They even have their own parking garage. Would definitely stay here again.

Wir waren im Juni 2023 4 Nächte in dem Hotel, um Urlaub am Bodensee zu machen. Der Bodensee ist vom Hotel aus mit dem Auto in 15 Min. zu erreichen. Das Stadtzentrum von Dornbirn ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Dornbirner Bahnhof ist direkt nebenan, das ist aber nicht störend. Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen, es hat jedoch auch einige Schwachstellen. Man merkt, dass das Hotel sehr neu ist, alles ist sehr modern eingerichtet und der Stil gefiel uns gut. Das Zimmer war sauber, jedoch wurde an einem Tag unsere Zimmerreinigung komplett vergessen. Wir konnten dann abends an der Rezeption nur noch die Handtücher tauschen. Das Zimmer wurde aber nicht mehr gereinigt. Das haben wir bisher noch in keinem anderen 4 Sterne Hotel so erlebt und sollte nicht vorkommen. Pflegeprodukte wie Conditioner und insbesondere Tee und Kaffee wurden vom Reinigungspersonal nie aufgefüllt. So konnten wir leider an den letzten Tagen keinen Kaffee oder Tee trinken und der Wasserkocher war somit auch nutzlos, wenn man keine Produkte dafür mehr hat. Leider gibt es keinen Verdunkelungsvorhang am Fenster. Der Vorhang war weiß und dunkelte das Zimmer nicht ab. Somit war es um 5 Uhr in der Früh taghell im Zimmer. Nicht so schön, wenn man im Urlaub eigentlich ausschlafen möchte und das geht natürlich bei einem hellbeleuchteten Zimmer, in dem die Sonne reinknallt, schlecht. Ansonsten hätte man wirklich traumhaft geschlafen, da die Betten sehr bequem waren und es immer sehr ruhig war. Auch gibt es leider keinen Tisch im Zimmer. Wenn man etwas am Tablet oder Laptop schreiben möchte, bleibt einem nur das Bett übrig. Auch fehlen somit Ablageflächen. Für Kleidung sind genug Schrankflächen vorhanden, aber für alles, was man sonst auf einem Tisch liegen hat (Tablet, Laptop, Handy, Tastatur etc.) bleibt nur der Boden übrig. Das WLAN ist extrem schnell und funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Wellnesslandschaft gefiel uns sehr gut, war immer sehr ruhig und sauber. Leider liegen in der Wellnesslandschaft keine Handtücher bereit, so dass man für den ganzen Hotelaufenthalt lediglich seinen Bademantel und ein einziges Handtuch für die Sauna hat. Mit einem frischen Handtuch in der Saunalandschaft zu duschen ist daher unmöglich, auch weil kein Duschgel und Shampoo in den Duschen der Sauna zu finden ist. Das sollte in einem 4 Sterne Hotel selbstverständlich sein und kennen wir so aus anderen Hotels. Im Hotel wird sehr für Nachhaltigkeit geworben, leider gibt es im Zimmer und in der Wellnesslandschaft aber nur Wegwerf-Plastikbecher. Das ist einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht angemessen und insbesondere nicht nachhaltig und sollte dringend überdacht werden. Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich, insbesondere die Mitarbeiter/-innen an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Wir haben meistens im Hotel zu Abend gegessen. Die Karte ist sehr abwechslungsreich und das Essen war ausnahmslos sehr gut. Das Essen wird von einem Roboter namens Wilma serviert, was wirklich witzig ist, sehr

The positives first! Nice welcome when we arrived. The room was large and even had a walk in closet. I haven't seen that very often in a hotel! Otherwise, a somewhat boring breakfast, and a strange sound coming from the sink made it a little difficult to sleep. We arrived late and left early, otherwise we would have complained and asked for a different room, but we told the reception when we checked out. Clean and nice hotel, but not quite our style.

Stayed 4 nights over Christmas at this Hotel. Staff were excellent as was the whole experience.On Christmas Day they organised a wonderful Christmas dinner with entertainment as part of the package. Whoever was responsible for the cleaning of our room was to be commended , can't go into detail here but it was somebody with a wonderful sense of humour..

Wir waren bereits zum 3. mal im Panoramahaus und würden immer wieder dort übernachten. Mit dem Auto super zu erreichen, weil direkt in der Nähe der Autobahn. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig, jedoch für 23 Euro pro Person kein Schnäppchen. Die Tiefgarage ist geräumig und hell. Außerhalb parken kaum möglich. Der Service ist zuvorkommend, jedoch das Buchungssystem eine Katastrophe. Überbuchungen sind möglich. Die Buchung über Trip.com wurde im Sheraton System völlig auseinander genommen und versucht doppelt abzurechnen. (Lag aber nicht an Trip.com). Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna sind Top.

From the time we arrived (which was 5 hours before check-in) everything was amazing. Super professional, kind and prestative staff....room is super clean and well equiped. Breakfast is also top notch point....very fresh and straight to the point. I will and definitely recommend it. The location is also very good, close to restaurants and everything that you need.

Good hotel for family overnight stop (but no family rooms are available, you can have two neighbouring rooms however). Clean and modern room, comfortable beds. In one of the rooms there was a strong naphthalene smell I could not get rid of. Breakfast is very good for both children and adults. A lot of parking space outside with no height limitation, which is charged an additional 5€. Overall a good experience, and in a fair price range.

Such a friendly hotel. The communication with the hotel prior to arrival was super quick and clearly nothing was going to be a problem. The receptionist on arrival looked after us superbly and notified the kitchen of our late arrival. Dinner was good and we were well taken care of. Sadly we woke to about 100 yards visibility so never got to see the lake which was a shame. Anyhow, breakfast was great and checking out was equally swift and friendly. All in all a brief but lovely stay.
