Hotel berhampiran Area cani recintata, Brescia

Ho soggiornato 3 notti in questo hotel situato proprio sopra la stazione alta velocità., x questo ho apprezzato il buon isolamento, infatti era poco rumoroso. Design nuovo, piacevole. Stanza bella, molto comoda, con letto enorme e comodo, bagno funzionale e con I giusti spazi. Personale alla reception disponibile e gentile. La colazione a mio parere è migliorabile, visto che si pagano 7,00 euro, si potrebbe fare qualcosa di qualità maggiore, parlo di dolce perché il salato non l'ho assaggiato. I dolci sono molto piatti ed i succhi sono piuttosto insapori, inoltre vedere personale in sala seduto al tavolino a farsi i fatti suoi non è molto professionale , io pensavo fossero clienti, mi hanno salutato solo dopo un po x chiedermi il numero della camera, senza offrirmi nulla, né presentarmi nulla ... La posizione è buona , a mio parere con poca distanza a piedi si possono raggiungere sia il centro che la zona uffici...

L'hotel si trova sul viale prossimo al centro, quindi comodo per visitare la citta, partendo a piedi. L'ambiente molo informale e tendenzialmente votato all'approccio moderno dell'offerta dei sevizi. Dopo le 23 finisce portierato e si entra con il codice. Camera non molto grande e con mobilio essenziale che per una notte comunque risulta confortevole. Camera pulita. Bagno adeguato e pulito.

Moderate hotel. There's a shop just in front of the hotel, and a pharmacy. Inside, the room is OK, not more. They made reconstruction, which is really note good. The water goes out and floods on the floor. Makes a big mess. No place to put the wet towels, so you have to dry them in a chair. Breakfast is OK. Not more. I've been to hotels much better in size of rooms, and that thing of the wet floor of shower is a disaster

Siamo stati subito accolti dalla ragazza alla reception che è stata veramente brava a darci tutte le spiegazioni necessarie per i due giorni e su come muoverci per arrivare in centro, parcheggio interrato al coperto incluso nel prezzo comodissimo, hotel in una buona posizione per arrivare in centro a piedi (20-25 minuti) e a 100 metri dalla fermata della metro che ti porta direttamente in centro in 10 minuti, colazione buona e abbondante anche se il 1 di Gennaio non erano presenti i cornetti perchè a quello che diceva la cameriera le pasticcerie quel giorno non erano aperte (non vedo perchè non ci dovevano essere visto che abbiamo pagato come gli altri giorni), questa è stata l’unica nota dolente, camera spaziosa con un bagno altrettanto grande e piena di servizi (avevamo Sky in camera), magari una rinfrescata alle stanze non sarebbe male visto che sono un po’ datate ma ben attrezzate.

Entrati in camera e sistemata la roba, abbiamo cercato il telecomando per la Tv e non c’era; chiesto alla reception, ci hanno cambiato la stanza: risistemata tutta la roba, qui la Tv funzionava, ma solo coi pulsanti sul fianco del video, sempre telecomando non funzionante, benché qui presente (cambiato pile, ma nulla). Rientrati dopo cena in stanza, abbiamo sentito tutto il discorso dei vicini di stanza, che non gridavano assolutamente, ma parlavano con un tono normalissimo; per fortuna dovevano esser stanchi più o meno come noi, perché dopo un po’ non si son più sentiti. Abbiamo dormito su delle MOLLE A FORMA DI MATERASSO. I cuscini per il letto del bambino sono stati ricavati da quelli del divanetto, adattato a lettuccio, con la loro federa da divano e messi direttamente dentro ad una bianca per un cuscino classico. Al mattino doccia: bagno allagato, da cui abbiamo capito perché la porta (appunto del bagno) non chiudesse bene, dal momento che in basso era tutta gonfiata (in volte precedenti; noi abbiamo evitato che l’acqua giungesse fin lì) . Colazione: se non sei per l’europea, non sei obbligato a friggere delle uova e abbandonarle in un vassoio da insalata russa, non riscaldato. Ma 4 stelle chi gliele ha date?

I was sorely disappointed with this property. I totally agree with a recent review: the rooms at this new property are entirely TOO HOT and UNCOMFORTABLE. Even when booking the hotel, I was met with complications, regulations and stupidity. On a prepaid reservation via Hilton Honors, one of my primary credit cards had been recently changed/deactivated and I tried valiantly to get the problem rectified, only to have the hotel email a form attached that required a written authorisation, plus identification to be scanned/faxed back to the hotel. I didn’t have access to a scanner/fax on the road. After several calls via Hilton Honors desk to the property, sanity prevailed and was able to verbally give the proper active credit card over the phone to the hotel. Upon arrival, the room was like an oven at 28c (82F). I opened the windows (they only open up about 8cm (3in) in the hope that things might cool down after I had gone out sightseeing in Brescia for a few hours. By evening, it had only “cooled” to 25c (77F) – and this was at 9:00PM. I rang the front desk to see if something could be done. I took matters into my own hands, going directly to reception, requesting a room that was not on the sunny side. I was told nothing was available on the opposite side. Mind you, this hotel with over 135 rooms was far from busy and all they would say is that regulations prohibit air-conditioning being turned on this time of year [April] however, the hallways of the hotel were cooler than the room itself (all reception would say is that the halls are ”inside”, and thus cooler). And like a clueless robot, reception repeated, “open the window, open the window” (the ones that only open a few cms/inches) The new room was a “cooler” 24c (75F). Needless to say, I didn’t have a restful night in my sauna of a room – with windows open, and the noise of outside street traffic & pedestrians. I managed to squeeze in a few hours sleep due to pure exhaustion, waking up tired & irritable. The buffet breakfast was small & cramped, the food palatable from the small choices available. Oh yeah, one minor thing I've noted: in both rooms, there were heavy metal tissue holders in the bathroom, but no tissues - either the hotel is poorly managed, or they are too cheap to provide tissues (Kleenex). This is my first (and last) trip to the Brescia Doubletree - what a bunch of dopes!

The rooms were very clean, tidy and the staff were smiling and happy to help. The check in was pretty quick, like the check out. The area where it's located is pretty convenient since there's a superstore almost next to it. Thank you for this amazing stay!

Avevo letto delle recensioni molto interessanti. Ottima colazione abbondante, ristorante, belle stanze, moderno... Scelto per una tappa obbligata in zona e perchè sarebbe un 4 stelle. La prima impressione è spettacolare. Molto bella la hall, moderna, due ascensori, diversi piani, tranquillo, parcheggio davanti. Camera all'ultimo piano. Media grandezza. Cerchiamo le pantofole elencate nella lista delle forniture e non esistono. Meno male che ne porto sempre per precauzione. L'armadio o la cabina armadio non esiste. C'è uno stand appendiabiti con 6 grucce. Tradotto, non abbiamo disfatto le valigie. C'è solo un cassetto con gli asciugamani per il secondo ospite. Volevo aprire una finestra (o la porta-finestra che da su una terrazza) e nessuna delle due si apre. Niente ricambio di aria. Abbiamo un pò freddo e dopo svariati tentativi di aumentare il termostato vado a chiedere. Era la stessa procedura che ho fatto più volte. Si poteva abbassare, ma non alzare. Ritornava sempre a quella preimpostata. Un piumino leggero sul letto, niente coperte o altro per coprirci di notte avessimo avuto freddo. Il letto abbastanza comodo, cuscini alti. Al mattino, entrambi con mal di schiena. Il frigobar aveva la grande varietà di due bottigliette di acqua. La tv a schermo piatto funziona, però dovevamo mettere una chiavetta che avevamo portato e non le legge. Il bagno, dove era scritto sulla prenotazione, prodotti da bagno, ha un sapone liquido per viso e mani, uno nella doccia ( aperta a metà), e tre cotton fiock con cotone e una limetta di cartoncino. Lasciamo perdere la colazione abbondante. Tre croissant ( vuoto. marmellata di albicocche, cioccolato), tre torte banalissime di pan di spagna- un giorno una crostata-, due tipi di fette biscottate, 4 tipi di marmellatine confezionate, cesto di frutta, due o tre tipi di frutta tagliata, qualche yogurt, cereali, pane, uova strapazzate, bacon, melanzane grigliate, prosciutto, formaggio a fette, verdura bollita. Le bevande a macchinetta con buona scelta di bustine di tè. Premetto che ho trovato degli hotel a 3 stelle con il triplo di prodotti sia dolci che salati. Noi, da buoni italiani, ci aspettiamo torte, muffin, pancakes, svariate brioches o biscotti. Le colazioni pantagrueliche all'estero qui se le sognano. Il ristorante lo davano aperto solo in settimana. A prescindere dal personale in genere molto gentile, la mio opinione è un 'mai più'. Le recensioni lette su booking, o altri siti, non sono più attendibili, dopo questo ulteriore fallimento in quelle zone.

With family we traveled to Monaco and decide to stay for night in this hotel.. in reception I asked that can we field all registration with passports a little bit later, because our infant really crying and very hungry. I asked please give me the key of the room for my wife and infant baby that she can care for baby.. Georgia (name person from reception) told me NO!!! So we waited with crying baby when Georgia field in computer details from all passports also infant as well.. it’s really not humanly. After few minutes gave me the key of the room and I payed for the room. The room price was 102€ but she charge us 303€. Georgia special did this.. also gave us not working room key.. Georgia special did this. I came to reception again and told her that room key not working.. she made face like- I don’t care and and demanded the remove of the car from reception parking area.. it’s normal?! After two times unsuccessful to enter in the room.. we decide leave that hotel.. I hope that will not happens with someone and persons like Georgia never works reception.. room cleaners have better etiquette.
