Well located hotel with nice views. Unfortunately, the rest is not recommended. Super uncomfortable bed and pillow. You hear everything your neighbours say and do. Breakfast is very poor with only a few cold cuts and sweets. I expected more

Sukina and her afternoon/evening colleague at reception were wonderful, providing sightseeing and shopping suggestions. It is right in the middle of the old city and convenient to everything.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was great, our room was spacious, and the only slight problem was odors from a restaurant next door. But otherwise, the location cannot be beat!

The hotel is ideally located, walkable to the main squares, shops and restaurants. The staff were all very helpful - rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was great. Would recommend the hotel and hope to visit again.

Very friendly and comfortable hotel right in the wonderful historic centre of Brescia, 2 minutes from the Duomo. The only reason I didn't award 5 stars is that the breakfast room is a little small if you like a long leisurely breakfast.

The best thing I can say for this hotel (aside from being old and in the historic center of Brescia), is the REMARKABLE STAFF! They were EXCELLENT, and did their best to ensure your stay was a good one. Other than that, the room was dimly lit, even with the drapes wide open, and come night, the lighting made worse. The bathroom also dimly lit, and the shower is small. If you are a person of GIRTH, then taking a comfortable shower might come with its setbacks. As it was for us, and we are NOT overweight. Plus, the sink drained horribly. There was a queen-size bed and a single bed in our room, and that made opening up the one-large standing closet with a lock, a challange. Because you would have to push the single bed aside, just to get to your clothes.Although, the housekeeping staff kept the room spotless, and with fresh towels and linen daily. As far as the breakfast: Average - a few notches above continental. But the coffee was awful! Even a brewed cappucino tasted weak, and unlike the cappucinos from other hotels or cafes. However, the woman working in the dining room did a great job and was quite kind.The hotel is within easy walking distances to practically everything. Also, there is also a wonderful-little bakery located directly across from the hotel,that has some delicious goodies. Finally, If you want to experience Brescia from a old-town perspective, then Albergo Orologio Hotel may be for you!

Our three night stay at Albergo Orologio was a delight, with a clean, spacious, well-appointed room.- and friendly, knowledgeable staff. They provided all the information we needed, including free parking at the nearby Castello and good food at a discount price at the restaurant opposite. No matter what we asked,.they obliged with a smile.

Perfect location and lovely staff. Very welcoming. We booked a double room and were allocated a triple so a spare bed which we did not need, took up space. The bathroom was adequate although very small. View from the room was nice. We loved the breakfast, lots to choose from. I think it is better to use proper glasses rather than the plastic ones foe the breakfast drinks. Overall we had a wonderful stay and its recommended.

Wonderful staff and great location in centre

Excellent location. The staff at reception were all friendly, professional and accommodating. The rooms and especially the bathrooms are on the small side. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were not - but upon request I was given a different better pillow. The breakfast was sparse. I probably wouldn't choose to stay here again but I think the value and experience is well in line with the price.

Just in the middle of the old city. Beautiful location near to restaurants and sightseeing.
