The renovation completed on our room was well done. We loved the period styling. The bed was super comfy and we enjoyed the bath in the suite. The service we received on checkin from Shannon was excellent. We’re looking forward to coming back soon.

This was a lovely place. Staff were so friendly and accomadating. We both had a massage which was great. The restaurant was had a great breakfast and dinner service, thoughly recommend. close to town if you feel like a stroll to walk in or you can borrow one the bikes available.

Visited Hara House at Bright for a birthday extended holiday. Greeted with hosts who go out of their way to be as helpful and accommodating as possible. The rooms are motel style completely refurbished. Spotless with very comfortable beds and nice facilities. The pool is inviting and a nice spot to sit and enjoy some R and R with a book and a glass of your favourite tipple. We used the bikes for a ride to Wandi for lunch as we had perfect Autumn weather. Also ,as it was my birthday, we went to their “Pepperberry “ restaurant for a delicious degustation meal. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable.

So nice to be able to enjoy a break in a modern hotel in regional Victoria. Hara House was recently renovated and the product is great - large rooms, comfortable beds, Frette linen and robes are a few of the many touches of the detail that has gone into the impressive finished product. More important is the wonderful staff from reception to dining, room cleaning and spa. Warm, happy and a credit to the hotel. Food was exceptional both for breakfast and dinner in Pepperberry. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a break in the beautiful valley and areas that surround Bright. Hoping to return again soon.

A revamped motel into a retro boutique hotel was a lovely stay for our family. I’ve never stayed in a motel-like place, so I def liked the idea of parking right outside our room. Excellent, warm and friendly customer service by every staff we came across. It would’ve been nice if they could provide an extra bed option or a portacot. But other than that, the room was very clean, you get a complimentary bottle of water, the aircon works well and the water pressure for the shower is superb (it matters!). In addition, the food at the restaurant was very good and worth a stop for dinner. it’s worth checking out the spa - thanks Maritha. Thanks for making our Bright stay great!

From the minute we arrived just felt special. Meava on reception was so welcoming, we had dinner in the restaurant the first night & Sana was the perfect host & the food was absolutely amazing!! Elisha in the day spa made you feel at ease from start to finish & the hot stone massage was a real treat! The retro fitout was very tastefully done & the beds were so comfortable. Continental breakfast was included in our luxury escapes package and was beautifully presented. The staff were all so friendly, will definitely return. Thanks to all for making our short stay a very memorable one.

This is one of the nicest Motels we have stayed at. The rooms are comfortable as was the bed. Breakfasts were very generous and well presented. The staff are lovely. We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Located at the beginning of Bright it was only a short drive to the village

Fantastic place to stay in Bright - very welcoming, friendly staff and great food. We stayed at Hara House for a couple of nights getaway - were hoping to see the trees changing in Bright, but were a bit early. Highly recommend this place for couples. The electric bike shop in Bright is also a great place to hire a bike to explore the area for a day.
