Kami mempunyai penginapan 2 malam yang sangat baik di hotel ***a Inggeris yang menawan ini. Bilik-bilik yang luas dan selesa, ditambah dengan kakitangan yang sangat mesra dan membantu, menjadikan pengalaman kami benar-benar menggembirakan. Pujian istimewa kepada kakitangan restoran yang melayani kami semasa makan malam dan sarapan Malam Krismas - kecekapan dan profesionalisme mereka menyerlah. Makanan dari kedua-dua restoran, Ruang Makan dan Jim Thompson, adalah menarik, menyumbang kepada penginapan yang indah bersama keluarga saya untuk Krismas . Kami tidak sabar-sabar untuk melawat semula hotel pada masa hadapan.

Please do not stay in this hotel if you are with Family and Kids. Horrible dirty room with linens never changed. Room full of sands and dust also hairs. Bathroom has a huge hole above the shower area. Scary as well. Water heater only can use for 1 person bath. N you have to wait for 1hour for 2nd person to take bath. Spoiled our holiday and mood. Room was not as what we have seen in the net. Housekeeping staff are outsource but very rude and cleanliness of the rooms wasnt been maintained at all!! Keep saying ”Tak Tau” same goes to Reception Malay Lady. No smile nor assistance when we complaint about the room cleanliness. Requested to cancel our booking but didnt helped at all. Breakfast was horrible , TEH O + NASI LEMAK????? The only breakfast they provide. This hotel can consider as cheap budget hotel. MANAGEMENT / OWNER of this HOTEL pls consider your rate and cleanliness. Dont give used Linens to NEW GUEST. Especially the room should been sanitize.. but end up i buy my own sanitizer to spray the room and bathroom.

Semua best kat hotel ni. Location sangat strategic. Jalan kaki je ke de kayangan steamboat, centrum. Terbaik. Breakfast okay, bilik sejuk walaupun xde aircond. Kalau panas boleh minta kipas for free. Parking kena beli tiket kupon. Kaunter hotel ada sedia tiket. Waktu sy pergi deepavali xde masalah parking penuh.. cuma yg kurang best kena iron baju kat luar bilik.. hotel x sedia iron di bilik

Please, hotel owner, ensure that your personnel does their jobs correctly and the room is prepared before welcoming the guest. Dust is all on the walls. I've captured a photo as evidence. It smells musty and hasn't been occupied for a while when you open the door. My room 205. The receptionist charged RM30 when I asked to change rooms. The housekeeping was fortunate to arrive and remove all the dust. a waste of time.

There is no soundproofing so you can hear everything outside of your room (people talking, kids, housekeeping carts wheeling by on the tiles). There is a nice sitting area with fresh air and nice views (it’s down the hall from reception). The men that work there are very nice and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend staying in Brinchang as it’s all uphill and the resort is uphill from the town. The town itself is very rundown and has an unhappy vibe. Tanah Rata is better - the town is flat and you get much better and happier town.
