Strategically located at tourist hotspots Kea Farm, this hotel offers spacious rooms where family members can gather at the living room for family time.Not to worry if one needs groceries or toiletries as Watson and TF value mart are accessible via lift of the hotel. Many shops such as old town coffee house, domino pizza and nasi kandar shop are just downstairs.

It’s pretty well located: near Brinchang, quite close to attractions like Kea Farm, tea plantations, markets, and scenic areas. The hotel is also linked or very near a mall/shopping arcade, convenience stores are just a short walk. That can be very helpful with children. Noise from outside or from adjacent rooms/apartments can be bothersome, but is fine since we come here for outing and attractions. Finally the traffic outside is too congested, not the hotels fault but too many visitors come to cameron highlands nowaday, it's an hour drive from one place to another within short distance.

After I checked in and saw the room environment 🤮🤮🤮,I immediately to give up for stay overnight…too bad …totally look different from pictures 🤮🤮🤮..smelly and feel uncomfortable at all😡….better don’t book from this hotel anymore😡😡😡

Smelly esp towel and bed sheet, old and not enough plug to charge your mobile. The soap they provide smell like laundry detergent. Will never stay here again.

Room is OK... Cuma toilet kotor...... Kawasan dekat dngn argo market..

First time to Cameron and had this hotel for two nights. The front counter services are good, friendly and helpful. It's hard to get grab during the weekend and had to get taxi contact from the counter. Microwave, kettle, basic utensils, coffee and tea, toiletries, towel and there is a fan in the living room. tV signal is not good but not much affect to our trip.

Very accessible location and have mall downstairs.

We recently spent 3 days and 2 nights at the 3-room apartment in Nova Highlands Hotel, located in the heart of Cameron Highlands. The apartment is spacious and well-suited for families or small groups, offering three separate bedrooms, a living area, and basic kitchen amenities. Its location is convenient, directly above a shopping arcade with eateries, a convenience store, and tourist attractions like the butterfly garden nearby. Overall, our stay was comfortable, though there are areas for improvement. Cleanliness was average, and some furnishings showed signs of wear. The unit could benefit from better maintenance, particularly in the bathrooms. Noise from the surrounding area can also be heard in the evenings. However, the view from the balcony and the cool mountain air made up for it. It’s a decent, no-frills option for travelers looking for space and accessibility without expecting luxury.

The room is old and lacks maintenance. The water heater is weak, I caught myself in a freezing cold shower on a rainy night. I feel cold af. 🥶

A very big room as it is like a serviced apartment. The place is pretty rundown, same as the whole building. The reception is different from the residential building, so you have to go check in at different area, that's also the place where you have to get your parking validated to get free parking. A lot of hassle. Upon entering the room, there's a musty smell, the walls in the bathroom is very much molded and there's a stench when showering. Tabletop all is not wiped and the sofa dont feel clean, like century old sofa. On a side note, there's a kitchen cabinet where you can microwave your food and plates to use. I dont see the detergent though. There's tv but no remote. The bedroom is spacious and pretty clean.. but can be quite stuffy and hot at night as the layout is pretty weird. All in all, this place needs big renovations and deep cleaning else I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay here... The staff are very polite and nice though

The hotel was not okay—it’s already old, and what we saw in the pictures was very different from what it actually looks like in person. It was very disappointing because I thought it would be nice, but it turned out not to be. Check-in was also late at 3:00 PM. When we arrived at our unit, the bathroom smelled really bad—it felt like a public toilet. It seemed like they didn’t clean it at all. The beds were dusty, as if the bedsheets, pillowcases, and towels hadn’t been changed for a long time. Those dirty and dusty items were what they expected us to use. It was not worth staying there for 4 days and 3 nights. They also only gave one access card even though we booked two rooms. Even if there are two rooms, what if one couple goes out? We would have no electricity because the card needs to be placed in the holder for the lights to work. They also asked us to pay a 100 deposit for that access card. Parking is not free. If you fail to claim the parking fee early in the morning, it’s gone and they won’t refund it. Since it’s a hotel building and guests are checked in, parking should be free. Overall, very disappointing and not worth it. Not recommended.

The hotel is old and needs to be revamped. There are no landline in the rooms and the reception is in another building due to which it is difficult to to reach out for any issue. We had to get the room changed because of the ceiling was leaking and there was major dampness in our room. Additionally there were bed bugs which was a major concern. The breakfast was disappointing, only few options s and no eggs at all. Hygiene was a big issue and it was not worth spending money here. There are better hotels nearby and would recommend people to avoid this property.

It was a very beautiful experience. The room opened out to the highland with a beautiful sunrise. Will definitely come back again
