The room was good & suitable for my family of 7 & recommended for family with small budget to get big room at a strategic location at Brinchang Town.

Wish to be more clean since there is lot of dust. Other than that everything was good

The most terrible hotel... bad service receptionist, also they are scammer, need to use a machine to checkin and check out, put deposit thru debitcard after check out they said will transfer on the day or tomorrow will receive but until day 3 not receive the deposit, call the hotel many time never pickup.. the breakfast is ala card very bad , they put in small polistrin(burger polistrin) the menu only noodles without chicken or egg, and nasi lemak half egg only. The hotel I paid almost rm200 but served as bad as budget hotel, the room so small, dirty.. eeeeuwww I will never comeback... I will make a report police due to deposit not refund

Near to the place I needed to go. For the price pay for the room can't complaint much even come with simple breakfast except for the toilet ventilation need to improve have strong unpleasant smell. Overall still alright.

Good accessibility with many near by F&B and shopping centre just next door

Very friendly staff. Both uncles always smile and greet us when meet. Hotel got lift and lots of parking at basement

If can improve your breakfast services.because today all customers just get a pack of nasi lemak/mihun/fried rice with small portions..it seems like packed from other restaurants..please improve to buffet style breakfast..it’s not worth pay breakfast..so disappointed

Nice location,fast service when use self service check in and check out machine but charge extra rm 10 when check out, not sure for what, when check in reception not inform Abt the charges
