I stayed at this hotel for two nights and was quite disappointed. The staff were not very friendly during check-in, which didn’t make for a good first impression. What was even more surprising was the lack of housekeeping—no one cleaned the room, and the bath towels were never changed. The only positives were the convenient location and the fully equipped kitchen.

Serviced Apartment pool is good. Views are nice as we stayed on the higher floor. Location is perfect,just near train station.

Strategic Location, walking distance to Roma Train Station and city centre. Room is clean just the building is getting old and lack of maintenance, is not as nice as my stay 10 years back. Get a low level unit, so no much view from my room, only can see construction side of the Building beside.

The front desk staff helpfulness especially Ms.Heema is exemplary.The suite is very clean and bed is very comfortable. Would suggest to have floor carpeted or provide room slippers for extra comfort. All in all ...a very pleasant stay. Excellent staff.

The building is relatively new. However, it seems cheaply decorated with simple hardware and furnishings. The place is quite worn and not maintained well. Would be unlikely to stay again. We had the 3 bed room altitude suite and the view was quite good.

It is an apartment hotel which provides 24 hours reception services, the services is same as hotel but with more facilities (washing machine, dryer, kitchen) and spacious which fit for family stay.

The surface, especially from the front desk it’s really good, it’s situated very near to the city of brisbane so you are having good access to most places very easily with a lot of restaurants around it as well. Highly recommend this place.

Great location and friendly service team Another great experience with Meriton hotel. Never disappoint with Meriton. I would like to have a bath top in my room, the reception did their best to suit my request. The view and room are well worth for the price and will book with them again.

I was abit disappointed with the parking. Parking is full. I have to park at the other carpark which in the opposite street. Other than that, everything is great! Location is good.
