Excellent location and good value for money although nothing gorgeous. Standard one bedroom apartment right around the corner of busy CBD, not noisy at all. Bedroom curtains were not 100% against the wall so the light could come in early morning and woke you up if you are a light sleeper.

1. Remind self-driving guests that the room rate of this hotel does not include parking fees. The hotel is equipped with an underground parking lot. If you need to park, you need to pay an additional parking fee of AUD40 yuan per day. If you did not park this time, you checked your credit card and found that the parking fee was deducted. You will be refunded. I called the hotel on the day of booking and the hotel agreed to refund. 2. Check-out time is 10 am like most local hotels.

The room is large and the location is very good. It is close to the station and the tram station is very convenient. The swimming pool is very cool.

Very poor travel choice. I found a lot of bed bugs near the bed every night, crawling on the pillows and sheets. After reporting it to the hotel, the front desk only provided insecticide and said there were no other rooms. I barely slept for three days. On the third night, I asked another staff member to change rooms in the middle of the night and I only got a few hours of sleep. The front desk service attitude is good, but the hotel hygiene is so bad!

However, the main attractions, South Bank Park and Kangaroo Point, are all on South Bank, which is a 2-3 km walk away. The front desk staff of the hotel are very friendly. Checking in is a bit cumbersome and requires filling out a form. Checking out is very fast. Just give your room card to the front desk or drop it into a small box. Disadvantages: 1. Although the room is a two-bedroom one, there is only one bathroom and the basin is too small to hold things. 2. The hotel has been renovated for many years, and the facilities are very old. The TV, toilet, washing machine, dryer, etc. are all very old and look like they were built more than 20 years ago. Because it's old, it doesn't seem to be that clean, especially the cloth sofa, which has pilled and looks a bit dirty. Overall it is much older than in the picture.
