The hotel was very convenient and had nice staff. The breakfast was also lovely. The caravan was a fun experience but wouldn’t do again. The temperature control is difficult - either boiling or ice cold - also gets all the noise at night.

One of my favourite places to stay, I always look here first. Easy, clean, great location.

Overall we have a pleasant stay. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The location is in the market little tricky for google map. A bit disappointing as there’s no air conditioning during summer.

Lovely place with a lot of character, clean and cosy. Great location. Staff worked hard and were very nice. They cooked homemade breakfast that made it all worthwhile waiting for it. Even if located in a very busy area in the centre of Bristol, the noise level was OK. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Such a cute hotel, slightly tucked away in a side street near to everything. We only stayed overnight but loved our pretty room, and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful breakfast offerings in the morning which were cooked in front of us as if in a normal home kitchen. The fittings were good quality and this would be a good hotel for meeting and hanging out with other visitors if you wanted to. It was clean, quiet and very slightly funky. We’d choose it again in a heartbeat.

sadly, an experience which is going downhill. The rocket (no.2) is a disappointment - no view of courtyard, and poky, facing several blank walls. I got locked in, couldn't get out - eventually did. Then I couldn't get in. Door guy truly unhelpful. What a pity - I had such happy memories of coming in the past. Sitting room is quite nice, and honesty bar good.

Due to a popular event in the centre of Bristol, accommodation choices were limited. When I found the rocket caravan available on the roof of the hotel for an ok price it was a no-brainer. We arrived early and asked to pop our bags behind reception which wasn’t an issue, and headed out to hit the shops. On arrival back to the hotel to check in, the young lad explained the keys situation and pointed us in the direction of the stairs. Polite enough, he just desperately needs a confidence boost from the hotel owner or a more experienced member of staff to be more engaging and smiley. First impressions count and all that. He’ll get there I’m sure and be great. The rocket caravan itself was definitely different; we loved it. Very small as you would imagine but it had everything you needed for a nights sleep. I wouldn’t stay more than two nights. The bathroom was extra tiny though - not a complaint - but a real squeeze. Bed was comfy, heaters for winter, fans available for summer. Unfortunately it hammered down with rain in the early hours so sleep was limited. Overal we loved it though; like I said, definitely different. We didn’t have breakfast as there’s so much choice as soon as you step outside the guesthouse. We did enjoy some late night drinks from the honestly bar which you write down and pay for on check out. Check out in the morning was with a more experienced member of staff and super quick. Would I stay here again, absolutely!

We stayed, thankfully, one night. I stayed in one of the caravans on the roof; tired and in need of a good going over with a screwdriver. My other-half stayed in a room; small and stuffy. I should first like to mention that communication with this hotel prior to arrival was hopeless - I am still waiting for an answer to a question I sent via their website. If you have an option to message a hotel via their website then said hotel should check them, I left several that were either not responded to or had to be chased up by phone by me. When arrived the lady on reception was very pleasant but I quickly began to doubt the "boutique" description used by the hotel. My caravan was tired and in need of work - I couldn't open the skylight in the shower-room for example. My partner's room was small, stuffy and tired. The hotel is located in an area which has many bars and restaurants and is, consequently, noisy, however, this isn't the hotels fault and it's a trade-off for being centrally located, I guess. The breakfast was good and, as mentioned, the staff pleasant, it is also well situated - which can also be a minus if you wanted to sleep.
