Very good location, room is clean facilities are great

cute little place for a short stay!

Seriously unpleasant experience. Plumbing issues mean that the apartment stinks and I mean really gagging stinks!!! Bathroom fan doesn’t work which makes it worse. Only booked v last minute due to being let down by another apartment and really resent being charged so much for such a poor experience. Such a great location for Clifton is really let down by the poor quality, the housekeeping and the maintenance.

Very well located, modern, spacious, well equipped and convenient. While it is indeed spacious and comfortable, some of the empty space would be happily used to have additional storage, especially in this huge empty bathroom without any cupboard or shelf.

Was such a let down because it could be great. There were 4 of us staying, we were on the 4th floor. The apartment gave us 2 towels for 4 people no sheet for the extra bed. It wasn’t cleaned very well the floor was filthy needed a good hoover. The sofa was so stained. There was no hot water for the sink in the kitchen and the water heater under the sink wasn’t working. The kettle had a dodgey connection. The walls had been filled but not repainted. The shower was disgusting and trickled out as the shower head was so clogged up. There are 5 parking spaces and if you have a big car they are tight to get into. Would not recommend at all. Only good thing was the central Clifton village location lots to do there.

The apartment was ideal for me. I was in Bristol on a course and needed a bed and somewhere to make light meals and a desk or table to work at. The apartment had all that. Kitchen well equipped. Bed comfy. Yes, the bathroom is tiny but adequate. The only negative is that there is a lot of street noise in the early morning. But that is down to its great location.

A really good location for a solo work trip, great co-working space with private booths and lots of plugs etc. Parking is a great facility if you arrive late at night. Plus clean and comfortable beds. Hot showers and well stocked kitchen with various equipment.

I've used Your Apartment Clifton's co-working space in Bristol and was really happy with the atmosphere, the customer service, the cleanness, and the convenient location. The organic coffee was a nice little touch. I will certainly return again

The location of the apartments in Clifton Village is excellent, but apart from that we had a very bad experience. On arrival both flats we rented were very dirty, with black hairs on the worktops and in the beds, the floors covered in dirt and hairs, all the bedside tables and lamps thick with dust. This was immediately reported and we were strung along all weekend being told 'someone will be coming to clean it today', yet no one ever came. I had to clean both flats myself as much as I could (dusting, anti-bac wipes, picking hairs out of the beds), but could not hoover so we felt really uncomfortable the entire stay. It was the sort of dirty where your new white socks get filthy from spending even a few minutes without shoes on (photo attached of mine from about 10 minutes!), so we even had to put our trainers on to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night - not relaxing at all. One bedside table had no handle so couldn't be opened, the other was too dirty inside to want to put anything in it. To top this off we were then lied about by the cleaning staff, who apparently told the team that they had met us when they came to clean on Saturday morning, and that we told them we were very happy with the cleaning, however this never happened and we were out the whole day. So on top of the terrible cleanliness this was really quite disconcerting to know someone is making something up about you, when all you are asking for is someone to come in and hoover the apartments. It is now 5 days since I raised this with customer services and despite multiple emails I have been offered no resolution.
