It’s five of you just want a place to sleep, but for me, I will definitely not book again. No kitchen and required £20 cash deposit (service charge will included if you pay by card), next to the main road and is affected by the car sound, no kitchen, kettle, microwave etc

Great place to live as a shared hostel, best among its competitors, staff is quite friendly and make u feel like home, some limitations may remove in near future as more improvements are coming to this place. Will be priority among others especially on these competitive rates... Good business model with better bedding mechanism.

The hotel location is farewell and the service as well , but the cleanliness of the room floor was satisfied

If you need a warm bed for the night at a very reasonable price then this fits the description. A warren of rooms of varying sizes, you can book a 1 bed room or one with 6. The facilities are basic, with nowhere to relax/work except the rooms themselves.

Cost effective, affordable and good customer service

If you're desperately looking for a place to sleep in Bristol, that's fine, otherwise avoid. The room and facilities should be clean more often. Out of 5 showers I tried to use, 2 were broken! There are no bunk beds, which means 0 privacy in the rooms. Small storage space in each room, but you can't lock. No kitchen or place to socialize, and food and drinks are forbidden in the hostel (which means you need to eat out all the time + can't meet people).

I had a nice stay but was disappointed that I had to pay an additional £20 deposit which as I had to pay by card they charged an additional £2 charge. Still waiting for the £20 to be refunded.

Lovely and clean at a reasonable price. Only downsides were needing to give £20 deposit before check in. Had to walk back up to town to find cash machine, then having bed and room inspection before refund made me feel like a naughty school boy. Hostel was quite noisy.

As somewhere to stop for a night, it was ideal. No frills, clean, warm and very conveniently placed. Staff were friendly and efficient enough.

Very clean and quiet.easy access to centrecand helpful staff. I would recommend.

The reception team were friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but comfortable and I felt safe as a solo traveler.
