The view from my room was exceptional. The room was comfortable and had a smart TV. Nice bath but unfortunately the pool was closed. The location was brilliant,really central.

Short weekend weekend trip to Bristol- location of this hotel is great, right in the middle of the city and also only 15 minute walk to Temple Mead station. The hotel exterior is very beautiful and the room was warm and comfortable.

Good basic facilities and a great breakfast. The guest house is in the centre of the club and bar area of Bristol, so lots of noise all night. There is no parking and you have to leave the car in a multi story car park about a ten minute walk away. Which cost £36 for my weekend. No facilities for disabled, but does have a small lift. No view except the back of other buildings. I was arriving about 9.00pm and informed reception before hand. I was hot, tired and sticky. The girl manning the desk at night was really miserable handed me my keys and told me that my breakfast wasn’t included and I would have to pay £13 for each meal and left me wondering what the hell was going on. I was too tired to argue and went to my room. It was a small double that overlooked a grubby, dark courtyard. Another building was right in front of me with windows looking straight into mine. No wardrobe as room was too small. Good breakfast with great waiters. Another miserable girl behind the counter, who wouldn’t speak. The day staff were lovely though. All in all, a tiring weekend with very little sleep due to the noise and heat. The two nights cost me £232.20 and no, I didn’t have to pay extra for breakfast. Would I stay again. NO!

Nampaknya tiada siapa yang memeriksa hartanah dengan betul sebelum pelanggan mendaftar masuk. Juga jualan dalam talian mereka mengawal jualan bilik tanpa melebihi 28 hari, jadi, membuat tempahan dalam talian tidak boleh melebihi 28 hari. Selepas 28 hari, jika anda ingin tinggal lebih lama, maka harga jualan hampir seperti harga saham, turun naik secara serius, kemudian menjadi hari ini adalah harga, esok harganya berganda. Dalam kebanyakan rangkaian hotel lain, ia akan mempunyai harga yang komited untuk masa tertentu, jadi pelanggan boleh mengetahui ia akan sah untuk berapa lama. Ia bukan membeli barangan dari pasaran hujung minggu, dan harga boleh berubah secara mendadak seperti ini. Selain itu, komitmen kepada pelanggan hendaklah dipatuhi, terutamanya jika ini sudah dibuat secara bertulis. Adalah tidak betul untuk memberitahu pelanggan satu harga secara bertulis, dan keesokan harinya berubah lagi. Bunyinya seperti kita tawar-menawar di pasar hujung minggu untuk membeli sayur-sayuran atau daging? Tiada pelanggan akan suka melihat A Harga menjadi B Harga dan menjadi C Harga. Selain itu, tiada perbezaan antara kadar harian dan kadar mingguan dan kadar bulanan, nampaknya hotel tidak menggalakkan jualan langsung dengan pelanggan, juga tidak menggalakkan penginapan jangka panjang juga. Hanya boleh mengatakan Ia adalah pengalaman yang sangat unik.

Main issue was how cold the room was! Thermostat wouldn't go up so told reception and told it was adjusted and give it a while. We got back from dinner and still only on 17° C, it was -2C and snowing outside, we waited and then decided to get into bed to warm up as didn't watch to walk back to reception in my nightwear. I guess it was around 10ish it turned off completely until 6-30 ish in the morning. Just couldn't warm up enough and hardly slept all night. On checking out again complained at reception to be given a card to contact Guest Relations team which I did, received an automated reply say they would be in touch within 10 days, that was 26 days ago and still nobody has contacted me! Always used Premier Inn for the service but will seriously review if I will be doing this again! Very poor this time!.......
