A lovely building with a nice forecourt area, reception was very welcoming, bright and cheerful. All the staff we spoke to were lovely and helpful. The only bad point was not having a car park, but they do offer discount on the nearby public car parks.

We only stayed one night, in a family room (2 adults and 2 children) but found everything perfectly adequate. Room was good, welcome by reception was friendly. Location was perfect for us. We didn’t take advantage of any of the facilities or food so can’t comment.

Incredible staff. That’s the first thing to stay, they really make the difference. The hotel itself is very on trend, you get a free cocktail on arrival, and the breakfast which isn’t expensive, is good. The room is very comfy and well appointed, the bed was comfortable and the shower room, although small, was more than adequate. It’s all about the staff though, incredible service.

Everything about this hotel is great and the price is fantastic, with the location being really good too.
Would I stay here again, definitely, but I would not take the breakfast option, it is chaos. The set up is awful as it is downstairs, where everything is so crammed, you have to wait at the bottom of the stairs to be seated (people trying to pass to leave the restaurant, the staff were run off their feet, there were 4 of us and we had to be split and sat at 2 different tables as they could not accommodate a table for 4. Also, the dynamics and layout of the breakfast area is a total mess, no-one knows where and how to form orderly queues (I put this part down to restaurant management) where it could have been so much easier for people. Finding items was also a nightmare due to the amount of people crammed into such a small space. If management could sort out their breakfast arrangements, which shouldn't be that difficult, why have people queuing at the bottom of the only stairs to get in and out, plus the foot of the stairs are literally 6ft from the kitchen service area, it is a ridiculous situation and setup. There is a huge lounge above the restaurant, if they are low on space, then have people seat in the lounge upstairs and maybe be offered a drink, until they know tables are ready downstairs.
We literally could not wait to get out of there ... it actually tainted what was a really good stay and experience for me as the rooms are really nice, clean and spacious and the staff are excellent and work hard.
I would book a room again for sure as the prices are excellent for such a pleasant and spacious hotel, but I would never book any form of dining here... especially breakfast.

The hotel is perfectly situated in Bristol and everything in walking distance or scooter if you wish.
Rooms very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a harbour view room which has fab views. I would imagine there isn't a bad view from the Radisson. The hotel will validate your parking if using Nelson St ncp which gives £5 off. Please note that its also £9 per day if your vehicle travels within the new CAZ restrictions. Either pay beforehand or up to 6 days later or face a fine! Or park out of city and park and ride in or train. Also NCP parking is not the cheapest either, again check all extra charges before travelling to Bristol.

Really nice hotel and very helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is convenient if you need to get to Bristol Templemeads train station.
The food (dinner) at the restaurant is OK. Decent quantity and reasonably quality too. A bit on the pricey side for what it is but convenient if you are staying here though. Eating places in the area are few unless you’re ok to walk 10-15 mins

Good basic facilities and a great breakfast. The guest house is in the centre of the club and bar area of Bristol, so lots of noise all night. There is no parking and you have to leave the car in a multi story car park about a ten minute walk away. Which cost £36 for my weekend. No facilities for disabled, but does have a small lift. No view except the back of other buildings. I was arriving about 9.00pm and informed reception before hand. I was hot, tired and sticky. The girl manning the desk at night was really miserable handed me my keys and told me that my breakfast wasn’t included and I would have to pay £13 for each meal and left me wondering what the hell was going on. I was too tired to argue and went to my room. It was a small double that overlooked a grubby, dark courtyard. Another building was right in front of me with windows looking straight into mine. No wardrobe as room was too small. Good breakfast with great waiters. Another miserable girl behind the counter, who wouldn’t speak. The day staff were lovely though. All in all, a tiring weekend with very little sleep due to the noise and heat. The two nights cost me £232.20 and no, I didn’t have to pay extra for breakfast. Would I stay again. NO!

Very good central location. Very helpful staff at reception who got us to sign up for their membership scheme. Meant I could have a lie in before getting the 12.25 train home 👍 only criticism was the bar😡 as it on had lager, cider or or flipping Camden Pale Ale (which I hate) be good too have some ale. Definitely would stay again

PPengguna TetamuGreat location 2 minutes from departures. The room however is very basic and dated. Would rate the quality of the room like a 2/3 star hotel. Not what I would expect of the Hilton hotel group.
BBenjamin JohnWhilst I can't fault the basics, we unfortunately had very loud guests on our floor, staying across multiple rooms, who were partying until 4am. Doors opening/closing, shouting, and laughing. When I went to reception to complain, it was down to just one young girl to go up and ask them to be quiet, which I feel is unfair on her (why no security?) £85 for one night, I really expect to be able to sleep at least.
PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was very smart modern and clean. Our room was small but we had booked a standard room. Price was good compared to other hotels locally.
The hotel is right next to the harbour and in the middle of a bustling nightlife. We hadn’t considered this when booking. Although the location was great, the noise from outside could be heard so loudly in our room at night. I actually thought a window was open, but it wasn’t. This went on till the early hours, music, shouting etc, so we found it hard to sleep. The bed was very comfortable though and the room spotlessly clean.
Tea/coffee facilities were provided in our room, an iron and hairdryer were also there. The bathroom had a good shower, towels were provided.
We didn’t dine but I did purchase a drink from the bar. After paying I was told it would be brought over to me. When it was the bartender informed me my card had declined and asked me to pay again. I did, however when I checked my bank later both payments had been paid out. Not very happy about this.
Although a nice looking hotel and great price, due to the noise level at night we wouldn’t stay again. If that wouldn’t bother you the hotel would be a great choice.
PPengguna TetamuGreat location. Confusion over breakfast. I had purchased breakfast, via Trip, this did not come through to their main system. Therefore subsequently charged for having breakfast. The issue was resolved very quickly when I went to reception. Just a little inconvenience. Other than that…yeah a great place for a bed so you can explore the city. Wouldn’t have a problem staying again in the future.
AAngeCWas a lovely hotel. Set in central Bristol so perfect location. Room was comfortable, clean and modern. Staff were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend staying. Was a great price for the time of year
AAsmiRuYha as always the best..we booked a 3 person room. The location is besides the harbour just in centre of all the hustle bustle as well as quietness! Only one downside the room that is separate than other dorm rooms is located on the top level. The heater or some pipe kept on making noise when ever the winds were strong or any flight went from above (I guess)
Positive side: the room comes with skylight..you are able to see stars and moon on a clear night..thus you can sleep glazing at the stars :)
PPengguna TetamuWe had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad.
The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time.
PPengguna TetamuIt was a nice hotel on the whole, but the room had water/damp stains on the wall and could have been cleaned better (few hairs and dust etc). Staff were all very friendly and the facilities were average, as you would expect from a budget hotel.
