1、酒店位置特別好，在奇平卡姆登的中心地區，旁邊有個公共停車場，停車也很方便。但導航時候一定注意地址，同地區有另外一家酒店前面的名字是一樣的。
2、我到的這天，酒店臨時告知我的房間有點問題，所以把我轉去了郊外另一家更高級的酒店，確實環境和設施更好一些。

The village is very attractive, with interesting small shops and tea rooms etc. Very pleasant hotel (in the high street, opposite the Market), with a main staircase to the first floor, where the rooms are located, no lift, and we were duly informed of this at the time of the booking. Room 10 is quiet and has a most wonderful view of a long garden alleyway. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Just back from a fabulous night away. Exquisitely Cotswold, complete with winding staircase and creaky floorboards. We had spa treatments and used the pool area when we arrived, which was incredibly relaxing. The staff were very friendly. On arrival in the foyer for dinner, we were ushered into The Fig (despite being told on arrival we would be able to choose where we dined…….). The food was amazing, and they even served fries with my daughter’s meal when we asked if that would be possible. Breakfast was really good too. Clearly Health and Safety regs have changed since this place was opened, hence a “Cation, Hot Water” piece of paper sellotaped to the tiles behind the sink. The sink was a bowl, but sadly the tap didn’t reach far enough over, so when you washed your hands, water went everywhere. Sadly the last face we saw on reception when checking out was really grumpy, and the fact a 10% service charge (£51) had been added to the bill was very unwelcome. You do get good service, but I feel that is reflected in the price the hotel charges, and to stick 10% on top was taking the micky. We asked for it to be removed. We did have a lovely time, but would have been nice had we left with a cheery smile having settled the bill.

An upscale beautiful hotel at the front, but the rooms in no way match the price or what is advertised. The rooms are 2 1/2* at best, with faded and shredded carpets, chipped and scuffed walls, and old 1980s decor screaming for a renovation. The food is good, and the dining room/restaurant are impressive. Overall, a very expensive hotel that only feels expensive in the front.

I often use the Hydro Pool and Steam/Sauna facility - as it is an intimate setting very well managed by the fantastic Grace I was lucky enough to be gifted a treatment at Cotswold House Spa - A full 60 minute Massage experience given by the wonderful Valerie - (excellent practitioner) Great service deserves high praise - It was so good I had to share.. ..take a quick trip with me back to a great treat - I arrived at the Spa.. on time thankfully! - I was warmly greeted by the adorable Carol and Freya who were holding the fort. Warm smiles on a wet day go a long way- the atmosphere was welcoming and light. The experience as a whole was fantastic - Attention to detail and a delightful team - they make you feel like the most important person in the world and that is the key to a great experience well worth having.. Excellent service.. As I left.. all smiles I felt as light as a feather!! Ladies of The Spa.. wonderful you are! So very grateful Thank you! SJG

I just spent a weekend at The Cotswold House having worked here 40 years ago!. The service was exemplary & food amazing. Thank you all for making a trip back after all this time such a lovely experience. I will be back! Well worth a visit back. Thank you!

A fabulous stay with my daughter. Bedroom was large and beds very comfortable. Bathroom quite dated but this didn't impact our stay in any way. Set in beautiful gardens. Sufficient breakfast choices and food was tasty. Service was great throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the spa and massages. I rang as wasn't sure where the car park was but reception gave me a clear explanation. We had an extra special surprise that the Robert Dover Olimpicks was taking place and were able to enjoy the full programme including music event taking place directly by the hotel. A wonderful day!

Our experience was not positive - when we checked in, our room was very hot due to the sun coming in the windows. The AC didn't work properly and the front desk was very slow in finding someone to solve the problem. Because we faced the street, it was too noisy to have the windows open at night to get fresh air. Perhaps I would have felt differently if given a room in the back with a view of the gardens. This was our least favorite hotel out of the six we stayed in during a 7-day walking tour.

This was quite a disappointment. This is the first occasion on which Trip Advisor reviews have misled me. This is a sad place where the interior is worn and in need of freshening. Threadbare coverings on furniture. The room is so small you have to go outside to change your mind. Friends at same fare had a refrigerator; we did not..The front desk could not explain what was available for the breakfast menu. Nor did she know anything about town. At over 180# per night, this is just not acceptable.
