Hotel berhampiran Båtsmanstorpets Plaskdamm & Lekpark, Bromma

Clean and modern apartment style hotel. Good location close to Bromma Blocks shopping mall and close to the tram. There are also EV chargers at the parking lot. Some downsides were that the windows could not be opened (we had to get a key from the reception to open the window) and the reception ran out of toilet papir in the evening. They also charge extra for towels and the housekeeping only cleans the room once a week.

This hotel have the best beds i ever slept on of any hotel I’ve stayed at. The room was nice and spacious. Everything was clean. Even though there is a busy road next to the hotel it was very quiet. Breakfast was god. Had both hot and cold food and a good selection of beverages. Easy transport with subway or Uber into the central of Stockholm.

I always like to stay in Best Western Plus Grow Hotel, when I have the business trip to the HQ of our company. I like the location of the hotel and super nice and friendly staff - an extraordinary good customer service level!

We were visiting out daughter and husband and yet again chose the Story Hotel Signalfabriken as our base. Everything was excellent as usual - location is brilliant, great room, lovely staff and excellent breakfast. We'll be back for our next visit too.

sin almohadas, solo un pedazo de algodón. sin colchón, solo un pedazo de espuma. el camarote sonaba estruendosamente con el más delicado movimiento, además estaba oxidado. la cama más incómoda!! en la noche permanecía una luz prendida del exterior. en las habitaciones hay locker minúsculos que apenas cabe una billetera larga, y el candado tiene que ser de tamaño extra grande para que sirva para cerrarlo, de lo contrario no sirve, por supuesto eso no lo dicen en la descripción por que te venden un candado en recepción. el baño y la ducha son igualmente minúsculos e incómodos, y las baldosas se ven mohosas y sucias. por este tiempo están haciendo algunas construcciones, lo cual genera olor a pintura y polvo, pero por supuesto eso tampoco esta en la descripción, por lo que si tienes alergia o eres asmático te va a afectar mucho. la entrada es bastante peligrosa ya que al abrir la puerta inmediatamente tiene unas escaleras empinadas, y especialmente en invierno con los zapatos mojados te resbalas fácilmente. en general el lugar tiene olores desagradables, es viejo y muy incómodo. definitivamente no es como lo muestran en las fotos, ya que en las fotos no se ve tan mal. ademas te cobran por todo adicional, sábanas y toallas, por lo cual salen mas económicos hostales cercanos.

The staff who checked me in was obviously not in the mood, her attitude was not professional at all. Overall hotel was pretty good

We stayed here at the end of January for 2 nights. It is about 8 mins walk from Kista Station, which is about 15 mins on the underground to central Stockholm. The area around the hotel is like a business park kind of thing but the station is in/adjacent to a shopping centre with lots of food options and shopping. The welcome we received was warm and our room was great, with excellent facilities and was very clean. Even though the train track is right next door it was lovely and peaceful. We had the free breakfast both mornings. It was lovely! There's a few different cereals, fresh bread, eggs, cheese, different cold meats, yoghurt, plant based as well as cows milk, and hot options like meatballs, bacon, omelettes. Check out was late (12:00) so that was really useful. We'd definitely recommend it and would stay here again

Great place to stay centrally in Stockholm. We Walker everywhere and did not take public transportation at all. Fantastic views from the room. We chose a superior room with private bathroom and everything lived up to our expectations. You just have to remember that this is a budget hotel and hostel. Very cheap for a central location in Stockholm. We visited in January, but the room was nice and warm. Bathroom was not heated, but they had placed an electric heater that we turned on while using the bathroom and that was just fine for us. The staff was lovely and allowed us to check in several hours early. We had only asked if we could leave our bag, but they had the room available. Probably possible due to low occupancy in January. I loved the unique stay and would definitely recommended. Would like to visit again in the spring or summertime.

Had the good fortune of spending the weekend in one of the hotel’s top floor suites (adjacent to the conference facility on the 11th floor). Full disclosure - I had pretty low expectations coming in due to an unfortunate previous stay at this hotel, but that changed completely the moment I stepped inside the suite. It was spacious, comfortable and luxurious with enormous floor-to-ceiling windows and a HUGE terrace facing the city and Globen. The HVAC system was the best I've experienced in a Swedish hotel (a far cry from the regular Nordic systems that keep you freezing in the winter and sweating in the summer), the water pressure amazing and the finishes stylish. That said, if I were to nitpick, it wasn’t perfect - outlets were almost non-existent, a couple of spotlights were out-of-order, there was no shower gel in the shower, the TV was too small for a room of this size and there was no privacy shade for the giant window between the master bath and the bedroom. The housekeeping staff had generally done a very thorough job, with the exception of a part of the terrace that contained a half-eaten orange from a previous guest. These minor issues did, however, not detract from the overall experience and this suite easily ranked amongst the best Swedish hotel suites I’ve stayed in. The hotel has an excellent location, friendly staff and reasonable pricing, easily earning them a full five stars for this stay. I can’t wait to come back to the same suite :)

Horrible and terrifying experience. I arrived from the airport at this hotel (7-8pm) and it was already closed, so I had to use a machine that was outside of the building to get my room key. The machine stopped working midway ”printing” my room key. I tried to do everything to find someone to help me but the hotel thinks that even when it's close to the airport where thousands of tourists come, the only people staying with them are locals with Swedish phones. I tried to find my already-paid booking to start the process again and it said it was no longer available. After an hour of trying to get in contact with someone, I realized that I was stranded outside with 2 luggage bags in the middle of nowhere, at night, while snowing in a country I'd never been to. It was terrifying. Luckily a person who came to fix the elevator helped me to call an Uber and I was able to leave that hell and arrive at a hotel that had people checking in and I managed to get a room and sleep somewhere other than outside in the snow. I would NEVER recommend it. Ever.
