Hotel berhampiran Torpet Lugnet, Bromma

This hotel have the best beds i ever slept on of any hotel I’ve stayed at. The room was nice and spacious. Everything was clean. Even though there is a busy road next to the hotel it was very quiet. Breakfast was god. Had both hot and cold food and a good selection of beverages. Easy transport with subway or Uber into the central of Stockholm.

Clean and modern apartment style hotel. Good location close to Bromma Blocks shopping mall and close to the tram. There are also EV chargers at the parking lot. Some downsides were that the windows could not be opened (we had to get a key from the reception to open the window) and the reception ran out of toilet papir in the evening. They also charge extra for towels and the housekeeping only cleans the room once a week.

I always like to stay in Best Western Plus Grow Hotel, when I have the business trip to the HQ of our company. I like the location of the hotel and super nice and friendly staff - an extraordinary good customer service level!

Very nice boutique hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Clean, nice/spacious rooms. Concierge is not on site 24/7, we arrived late when they weren't there but they were made aware in advance and ensured the key was in a lock box out front. It was easy to access and they had a phone number available if there had been any issues with getting inside (which there weren't). About a 20 minute train ride to city central. Hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station. Worth the distance from the city center.

This is an apartment hotel in the suburb of Solna in Stockholm. It is well connected to the centre of the city by bus (stop is just outside) and a nearby subway station (took me about 7 minutes to walk there). The apartments are basic but modern, clean and have what you need for an independent stay - a mini kitchen area in the room with a fridge, microwave and stove top cooking rings. The bathroom is sizeable and functional. There is a table with chairs and a sofa-type chair as well as a cupboard for clothes. On Level 2 there is a laundry room which you can book for free in 90 minute slots (washing powder available at Reception for a reasonable price). There is also a room with various bins for rubbish and recycling of bottles, cans, paper, cardboard etc. The whole place is quite efficient and there is a mini-supermarket just across the road (expensive but soooo convenient). The one thing to note is that Reception is closed from 8am-1.30pm daily. The rest of the day/night, there are staff at Reception. Reception also has a fridge that you can buy a limited range of soft drinks etc. As I said at the beginning it is a basic place but really functional and the price for a place in greater Stockholm is amazing. We stayed 8 nights (they only clean your room, replace towels etc. every 7 nights which wasn't an issue for us).

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right next to the commuter rail station, making it easy to reach the central station in just 10 minutes. The breakfast provided was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations, offering convenience, tasty breakfast, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

sin almohadas, solo un pedazo de algodón. sin colchón, solo un pedazo de espuma. el camarote sonaba estruendosamente con el más delicado movimiento, además estaba oxidado. la cama más incómoda!! en la noche permanecía una luz prendida del exterior. en las habitaciones hay locker minúsculos que apenas cabe una billetera larga, y el candado tiene que ser de tamaño extra grande para que sirva para cerrarlo, de lo contrario no sirve, por supuesto eso no lo dicen en la descripción por que te venden un candado en recepción. el baño y la ducha son igualmente minúsculos e incómodos, y las baldosas se ven mohosas y sucias. por este tiempo están haciendo algunas construcciones, lo cual genera olor a pintura y polvo, pero por supuesto eso tampoco esta en la descripción, por lo que si tienes alergia o eres asmático te va a afectar mucho. la entrada es bastante peligrosa ya que al abrir la puerta inmediatamente tiene unas escaleras empinadas, y especialmente en invierno con los zapatos mojados te resbalas fácilmente. en general el lugar tiene olores desagradables, es viejo y muy incómodo. definitivamente no es como lo muestran en las fotos, ya que en las fotos no se ve tan mal. ademas te cobran por todo adicional, sábanas y toallas, por lo cual salen mas económicos hostales cercanos.

BEDBUGS! To start with, we are aware this is not a 5 stars hotel and our expectations were not high. The breakfast was not the best but decent, the local staff a little unkind and rough, the shower curtain smelled bad. However, the real problem were bedbugs and the attitude of the staff after it was reported. We noticed insects in the room (we didn’t know at the time what it was) and I ended up being severely bitten. I reported this to the hotel by e-mail after I learnt what it is and after being examined by the doctor. I wanted to make sure they do something about that but they immediately replied there’s no way there are bedbugs in the hotel. Searching for bedbugs should take at least 1 hour (the insects hide) so there is no chance somebody even went to the room to check. I need to use ointment with antibiotics and do disinsection of my apartment in case I transferred bugs from that hotel. It is a costly and unpleasant process and the hotel’s attitude is unacceptable. I went through other comments on booking and we are not the first ones to report that. The personnel’s response is the same, though.

All well, nice room and very quiet at night. Breakfast perfect, garage for the car safe and spacious. Will return😄.

Horrible and terrifying experience. I arrived from the airport at this hotel (7-8pm) and it was already closed, so I had to use a machine that was outside of the building to get my room key. The machine stopped working midway ”printing” my room key. I tried to do everything to find someone to help me but the hotel thinks that even when it's close to the airport where thousands of tourists come, the only people staying with them are locals with Swedish phones. I tried to find my already-paid booking to start the process again and it said it was no longer available. After an hour of trying to get in contact with someone, I realized that I was stranded outside with 2 luggage bags in the middle of nowhere, at night, while snowing in a country I'd never been to. It was terrifying. Luckily a person who came to fix the elevator helped me to call an Uber and I was able to leave that hell and arrive at a hotel that had people checking in and I managed to get a room and sleep somewhere other than outside in the snow. I would NEVER recommend it. Ever.
