Premier Inn Bromsgrove Central

Had a great stay, I don’t normally like to leave reviews. But the manager Bobby was amazing. He went above and beyond my expectations as I was a bit stressed out, as I left some documents at home, including directions to a very important meeting. But Bobby calmed me down and was wonderful and gave me perfect directions to my meeting. He also advised me of a wonderful local pub on the river in Bromsgrove. The next day I wanted some extra towels and reception organised housekeeping to clean my room, great service for a budget hotel. I will definitely be back. Bobby is charming and a credit to the company and I can see him going far. Staff are well trained and professional.

Comfy bed. On first floor. Not sure what was directly above my room (44) but constant moving and walking around all night and past midnight. Same again from early hours 6am ish. Three empty drinks bottles under the sofa which shows not being checked.

Fantastic premier inn in a quiet spot , plenty of free parking. The reception staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough to help with anything.The all you can eat breakfast in the restaurant attached was warm and tasty. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We specifically chose the hotel for their early 11am check-in. Only to be told at weekends the earliest we could check-in is 12 because the cleaning staff don't start til 11. We had a 4 month old baby with us & needed to check in early to get him settled, despite promises from the receptionist to prioritise us, she checked our friends and other guests in earlier at 11:30 and made us wait til gone 12. This caused significant stress as we had to get to a wedding for 1. The early check-in advertised is misleading

We stayed one night. Had a good night's sleep. The hotel was clean and tidy but in clear need of refurbishment - looking very tired. Room smelled a bit musty. However, staff were helpful and friendly. No problems in parking. There's a David Lloyd sports centre next door if you're a member!

Room was ok. It’s close to my family and we had arranged a family reunion first time family together since 2013! Staff are lovely. Rooms ok. I’m very upset that my uncle received a parking ticket. My entire family came over to Brewers Fayre to meet me for dinner (20ppl) he drove into ur car park then parked at Brewers. A week later he had received a £50 parking ticket. My uncle is a pensioner he can’t afford this nor should it have been issued. I find this a money grab and it’s completely soured my experience with you. I feel should be revoked as he did park at brewers not in ur car park. They met us at 6pm for dinner at Brewers Fayre.

This was a stop over on the way to visit family. The bed was comfy and the room size was great. Good shower too.

Staff friendly and very helpful , room very clean , had a very peaceful one night stay over . Enjoyed a meal in the pub opposite which was very good . Don’t be put off by the look of the pub outside ; looks a bit tired but the food was very good . Would stay again

We chose this Premier Inn for it's handy location to different tourist attractions. There is a large free carpark and a Morrisons not too far away for grabbing sandwiches for days out. As we went over Easter they had a find the egg trail for children, where if you found an egg you got a chocolate bar which was a nice touch. We also found the staff super helpful. Breakfast was at the Brewers Fayre just outside, usual food however being the Easter weekend I guess they had run out of some food as it was only on our final morning after the bank holiday they finally had my daughters favourite thing to choose, pain au Chocolat! We would stay here again.
