Service desk employees was rude unprofessional. Charge us double of what the rooms were there was mold in the room one pillow on the bed won’t give us any extra pillows or a blanket they were extremely rude

We were there for a sporting event and the room smelled of old smoke. The hair dryer fell off the wall and shower was stained a d looked dirty. The TV was a nice.

The front desk attendant had a stick up his ass every time we approached him horrible customer service he had an attitude very unwelcoming l. Never never will I go back. This is a horrible location do not recommend at all he looked dirty and poor higene

Let's call this the "hotel of 1,000 smells..." and none of them good. Odd odors throughout - the reception area, hallways, guest rooms. The guy on duty when we checked in was sullen and impatient. Actually gave me the "come on, come on" hand motion when I was trying to recall license plate number. It was raining hard, and instead of telling us we could unpack our car under roof and get to our room that way, he directed us to another door where we had to move things in the rain. The room was just OK - it was clean enough and the bed was all right. But when's the last time a guest room didn't have a coffee maker?? I can't remember. Next morning, breakfast was pitiful - and not too clean looking. We grabbed a packaged yogurt and left. Last time we stay at a Baymont, I'm afraid.

Employee was great and the room was decently clean aside from the floor needing to be vacuumed and the hallways looking like they had never been vacuumed. However, there was mold on the sheet curtains in our room. Mold is very dangerous and could make someone very sick! I had my 18 month old son with me. It is right above the AC and by a window. The shower also never got hot and neither did the sink. I had to talk a cold shower and my son couldn’t even take a bath.

This room was very uncomfortable. Not enough pillows , no comforter on the bed . The room was dirty , we changed rooms only to find the same conditions finally the 3 rd room was not clean but acceptable for the remaining hours of our stay . The staff was extremely rude !

For the price it was ok. Breakfast was a waffle. Bathroom door knob did work and my room smelled like someone had smoked in it even tho is suppro be smoke free.

The man at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. The room was clean and the hotel was nice. Its hard to find a decent hotel for good price these days. This hotel was perfect for what I needed
