The pool and spa are the best part honestly. The steam room and sauna are fantastic and the pool is very clean.
The room itself was spacious and also clean, however it was rather noisy due to every door slamming closed annoyingly. The food was also not that great.
All in all I think it's a real bargain for the money, I'd just bring some food.

A reasonably pleasant stay at this hotel with no problems in my 2 night stay other than a noisy person staying next door but that is no fault of the hotel. It is conveniently located right near the centre of Nottingham. Lots of scaffolding outside at time of visit but no noise during the night and no noise from people outside, though it was mid week and the room facing away from the street

Hotel location is very convenient, being within 10min walking distance of Nottingham station. The room was spacious and clean. The staff had missed out on the hairdryer but delivered it up promptly once we had informed them. Note that the keycards don't work very well. We left a keycard in the room and brought the other card out but found that the room couldn't be opened... This seems to be common as there was another lady at the concierge facing the same problem. The room cleaning was... Interesting, if you could call cleaning in a way which makes you question if anything had been cleaned cleaning. Sadly the hotel did not provide room slippers. There was free orange juice and water at the lobby though.

I decided not to stop at a hotel for my latest 2 trips to Trent Bridge to watch cricket and instead, following research, I chose to stay with West One Studios. The accommodation is ideally placed just 2 minutes from the ground and no more than 5 minutes from the West Bridgford Town centre. The booking process was very slick and the team at West One were quick to respond to any questions that I had. With the additional benefit of a designated parking space behind the property (vital in an area where there is little on street parking), the two apartments that I stayed at were excellent with plenty of space, good comfortable beds a seating area with desk to allow me to do some work, a really well equipped kitchen with full oven, microwave and fridge and a good bathroom. I have already booked for 2 more 3 night visits in May 2024 and I would strongly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

Were relocated here after disastrous booking at Risley Hall. Turned up late, frazzled and extremely tired. Staff could not do enough - they upgraded our room, comped us breakfast that our bookers had missed off, and were genuinely helpful. After a good nights rest, breakfast was to die for - could have stayed forever - such choice and quality! Lunch and evening meals the same, quantity and quality and every staff member really friendly - we loved this place and would definitely book again. After settling bill, knowing we were returning to Scotland, they gave us bottled water (and choc) for the journey - how great is that - Thank you to all at this Hotel, you are amazing x

I came to the Crown Plaza, Nottingham for a conference early June. The hotel itself was nice, modern and comfortable. My room was not adequately cleaned as there were hairs in my shower upon arrival, unreplenished hygiene products in the bathroom and the toilet uncleaned. The room Itself was small, but fine for sleeping in. My TV did not work, but as it was one night this wasn’t a bother. The breakfast and lunch were great, formal dinner however was awful and poor, not worth paying for. Servers were unversed in allergen training, and the allergen and dietary requirement food options were awfully poor. The manager on duty however, was apologetic and wonderful. The best thing about this hotel was the staff (excusing F&B teams poor allergen training and food options). Particularly Abigail, Malakai and Zak on the bar who were so warm, polite and accommodating. Wonderful service throughout and a credit to the team. Thank you three.
