Ulasan Hotel Acacia

The hotel is very close to the city centre where there is many sightseeing attractions and restaurants, the hotel even has a back door so we have a shorter route to go out for the city centre, so the location is nice. The staff are nice. There is a piano in the lobby which looks grand and classic. The room is quite clean though a bit old. Generally the experience is good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it did not live up to its advertised four-star rating. The location is excellent — very central and close to everything, which was incredibly convenient. However, the positives end there. The room was disappointing from the moment I walked in. It was not properly cleaned, the bed sheets were dirty and even torn, and the towels didn’t seem fresh at all. At one point, the power even went out, which added to the overall frustration. Noise was also a major issue; you could clearly hear the sounds from other rooms and the hallway, making it difficult to rest. Considering the high price, I expected much better quality. On top of that, the hotel doesn’t include breakfast or parking, which makes the value even worse. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel and hope management improves the conditions soon.

Some of the staffs were friendly and helpful, but one particular was arrogant  and make you feel uncomfortable. The room was smell like toilet and the (particular) staff offered no help but a toilet air refresher which we use in toilet, which make the whole room smell exactly like a toilet! I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience, but maybe you are fortunate enough and avoid these madness.

Great location, breakfast is okay but hot food is very limited. Overall is good but need proper laundry of towels, they are musty and stink, the smell sticks with you after drying yourselves with them.

The location is great and the place is clean! The staff are very friendly! The city center is just a 3-minute walk away! There's also a supermarket nearby!

The location is in the center, the hotel is good, it takes 25 minutes to get to the hotel from the Flixbus stop on foot.

The room is quite big for Belgium, and the service is good. The advantage is that the wet and dry rooms are separated, but the only drawback is that there is no sink in the bathroom, so you have to go to the shower room to wash your hands. But this can be overcome. Everything else is good, the name is a bit strange from the Chinese perspective, but it doesn't matter.

The hotel is well located and pleasant. Breakfast is good. I did not use any other services at the hotel.

The location is excellent and it is very convenient to go to various attractions. If you drive yourself, it is a bit difficult to get in and out of the hotel. The car is clearly parked next door, but it took half an hour to get to the hotel entrance (one-way street + road closure)

The room is clean and tidy, and the overall layout of the hotel is very comfortable. It has air conditioning and a bathtub. There is a courtyard inside the hotel. You can reach the main square within a two-minute walk outside. There is also a supermarket when you turn right when you go out. Knowing that this was my first time in Bruges, the guy at the front desk introduced the tour route in detail and was very enthusiastic!
