The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in the perfect location over looking the canal right where the tour boats leave from. They have a lovely quiet veranda where you can eat or drink while watching the wonderful views. What made it extra special was our room which was very comfortable and came with its own reserved table on the veranda which we used a lot of the time.

This was the best host hotel that we stayed at during our trip around France, Belgium, and Amsterdam. The customer service and sweet details like arrival and departure goodies were just as impressive as the interior and location! Bruges was the highlight of our trip and this hotel added to that!

A beautiful boutique hotel in an excellent location. Fabulous decor and ambience with great attention to detail. Extremely helpful snd attentive staff . Beautiful bedroom and very unique and quaint. A nice enough buffet breakfast but not the largest choice snd a little expensive with a bowl of oatmeal being €6 extra. Hotel manager offers a very informative free guided walking tour and is a lovely, friendly person. A voucher for a welcome drink a the bar and a little box of Belgian chocolate is a personal touch . Hotel stay was fabulous and would highly recommend how we there are just 3 areas of opportunity for improvement - provide much bigger bath towels that are big enough to wrap around a body - disable automatic light in bathroom so the bathroom can be used in the night without flooding the room with light - improve WiFi as it was constantly dropping out

Very well located. A lot of the museums are close by. The service is great and the staff is very friendly. They great you with a surprise gift when you start your stay and when you leave. Beautiful building and the rooms are very comfortable. They have a view to one of the canals. I really recommend it.

Had a perfect stay in Bruges in Hotel de Orangerie. The welcome gift on arrival of a box of chocolates and glass of champagne in the lounge to start my stay were lovely. The room was spacious and had everything I needed including a pod coffee machine. The lounge was a comfortable spot to relax after a day of walking and chance to chat with other guests. On departing, I was given a further gift of a bag of delicious home made biscuits. The front desk staff were always friendly and welcoming. It is a charming hotel so very close to the Market Square and in a good location for restaurants nearby.

Everything is first class. Loved our room, the the staff was outstanding! The cocktail terrace is tight on one of the canals. The breakfast buffet has everything you could imagine. The location is ideal right in the heart of town. Great place to stay.

Although the front desk service - in the morning is very good, helpful and very friendly, the hotel was a bit of a disappointment. The bathroom door is this glass ones that u expected to see in a cheap B&B, it doesn't match the rest of the room at all. The bathroom is new and good but the shower is a bit too narrow. The terrace with the view of the canal is only good in the evening as the boat trip tours leave literaly from the front of the terrace so your view is from tourist queues all the time.

An absolute stunning boutique hotel with amazing staff. We were looking for a hotel close to the center of town so we could walk everywhere. And we wanted a hotel with history. This hotel is all of that plus all of the staff were amazing. Corine was especially helpful when we checked in, needed dinner reservations and any other extras. This hotel has a beautiful Terrace on the canal for afternoon Prosecco’s! Breakfast is definitely worth adding to the visit and we so enjoyed a great many choices every morning in a lovely setting. From this hotel you can walk so many places. We would highly recommend to anyone who loves smaller hotels with personalized service. Thank you for 5 lovely nights!
